I am a first time car buyey and Ron Harrison (my sales rep) was a great person to talk through all of my opinions and he wasn't pushy, and let me make my own decision. Customer service is terrible here!!! They seemed overwhelmed with vehicles. They NEVER call to update you on the status of your car. I had to call them and then when you call them they tell you they'll have someone call back with the details of the work needed. No one ever does. Finally, when I did speak to someone after calling of course, they tell me what parts would be replaced and the cost, only to find something different on the bill when I picked up my car. They will up charge for services that weren't discussed. If there is an error in charges on your receipt, that you bring to their attention, they will only give you a credit towards future repairs. Not a refund. Customers satifaction does not come first here, which is unfortunate. For this reason I will no longer be giving them my business. This dealership use to have such great customer service but it has gone down hill in this area since they've grown. Communication and great customer service is key to a successful business and they no longer have that at MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua Nh.

This week I had a sensor go in my car which affected my all wheel drive, ABS, stabilitrak, and another light on my dashboard appeared. I called my dealership, Dover Chevrolet, which is close to where I live. I told them the problem and that I drive an hour to work so I need my all wheel drive. Their service dept. Informed me they couldn't look at it until Wednesday ( this happened on Monday) and they would not have a loaner to give me until the following week. By the way, my car is still under warranty. Needless to say they were no help. I called Quirk. Quirk Chevrolet not only had me come in that afternoon but they also had a loaner vehicle all ready for me. This dealership is about an hour and thirty minutes from me. They treated me with kindness and consideration. My vehicle was fixed in 2 days time. Check out was just as easy. Every person I dealt with was professional and caring. I will travel the extra miles to take my vehicle to dealership that cares about my well-being. Thank you Lenny and all your staff for taking care of me and my vehicle when I needed it.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

We moved our car service from Montpelier dealer, where we had bad experiences, on numerous occasions, to Miller's because we heard great things about them, which we found were true. We have been coming to Miller's for the last 2 years, never had a problem. Scheduling is easy, courteous, so is rescheduling, and the workmanship outstanding, our concerns are taken seriously and attended to. My car had a squeaking noise almost since the day we bought it. The staff at Miller's worked tirelessly to address the problem. The building is large, there is a very nice waiting area, bathrooms are clean, we look forward to our car service. We can wait in pleasant surroundings or chat with the sales staff who is always ready to show their new as well as the almost legendary old car collection. The old cars are displayed in the show room and change often so there is always something interesting to look at. If we choose to go to town for lunch or shopping, we are always pleasantly accommodated. I can not say enough about the ease and high quality of services at the Miller Auto Group. We just bought at their Volkswagen showroom. We enjoyed the experience.
