3 days ago I picked up my brand new Genesis SUV. The entire experience at the dealership was beyond positive. They are attentive and responsive before, during and after. They anre exactly what I look and hope for with excellent customer Customer Service. I really felt like they wanted my business and wanted to make me happy. I went to four dealerships to test drive cars. Nothing compared to my Genesis experience.

Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
