Brought mini in for oil change and 75k mile checkup. They found numerous problems, repaired for $2700. Next day, car found to have leaked (new!). They said fluid leaked when solenoid was changed and collected below, then dripped. They cleaned that, but after 3 days in garage I found larger greasy discharge beneath other side of engine! Now they say there are several new leaks found (coolant, oil, different solenoid)! Another $2000 for issues that didn't present until they worked on car.

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.
