I have already written a review of the dealership and included my comments about Ray Montes. I shall repeat, however, that Ray is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous and upbeat car salespersons I have had the good fortune to deal with in the 65+ years I have been buying cars. And, believe me, coming from New Jersey, I have had some trying experiences in the past. Glad he is still there and taking care of his customers with the utmost thoughtfulness.

I test drove a car on Monday. Fell in love with it. I knew I was chancing it by waiting until Thursday to purchase it. I live in Taos so I asked him the morning of Thursday if it was there and he said yes. I drove there, saw the car on the lot. Yay... NO!!!! As soon as they found out I was not trading in, and going across the street to Carmax to get $2k more than they were offering, Sean called me and said his boss had sold that car to Enterprise..but if I want to come back and look at something else I could. What a joke!!!! xxxx poor business !
