My husband and I stopped into Volvo just to sit in an XC60, since we weren’t sure how we felt about the look and feel based on photos online. That’s when we met Diana, and right away she stood out — warm, kind, professional, and just an overall great person to interact with. She showed us a car in the showroom, and even when we told her we weren’t really interested in Volvo at the time, she remained gracious and never pushy. After a week of test‑driving other brands and visiting other dealers, we found ourselves coming back to the idea of a Volvo and reached out to Diana by email. She provided a quote quickly, and although it was a bit high (as expected based on MSRP), she was transparent and easy to work with. We then used the Costco Auto Program to get a stronger offer, and Diana worked hard to come extremely close — close enough that we ultimately went with McGovern’s offer. We absolutely love the car, and the experience with Diana was a big part of why we felt good about the purchase. She’s genuinely likable — caring, hardworking, professional, and even gives a great handshake. It was a pleasant, pressure‑free buying experience thanks to her, and we’d happily recommend working with her to anyone considering a Volvo.
