I've waited over a year to post this. - rlrook

I've waited over a year to post this. Fusion Auto is a dirty company. Buyer beware they are shady. I purchased a vehicle in January, 2025 for my family. On the surface all looked good. 19 days after purchase the transmission went. The vehicle could not be driven. I called fusion auto the same night, spoke with Mike, he was the salesman we had. Mike was told of the situation and he said "let me look into this and I'll call you tomorrow". We'll tomorrow never came. My daughter and I both called and given the same runaround. After time passed I located Rob Benedetto, Owner and sent him a message. He immediately called me. We were in contact for about three weeks. He wants to help. His help consisted of trying to locate a transmission. He found a few. The car was already at Ammco Transmission. I ordered a remanufactured transmission. Rob was looking for a used transmission. He found a few with limited warranty and he wanted me to bring the van to a different garage. He said he would have a check on Monday. I called the office, no check. After a week of calling and still no check. After a week and no phone call or check. I completed DMV form VS-35. dmv representative told me that a car sold by a dealer, there is a 6000 mile or 6 month guarantee that the car is safe and in good working condition. The van had 150k miles so it did not qualify for the lemon law. I provided very detailed information and included the receipts. He has been investigated, and the DMV inspector did say that they found evidence the transmission was bad, plus a magnitude of other issues. The court date was 4/28/26. I am just waiting to see the decision A quick breakdown of the issues bad transmission and catalytic converter. I cannot stress this enough. He owns a dealership that in the end will clear codes to make it appear all is good. ... My daughter redirected the decision today and he is liable for $5000 to be paid to my daughter. Rob stupid"I've been doing this for 25 years and I know what the law is. Well 16 months later he found out what the law is. Don't let him bully you, you have rights. THE DMV FORM IS VS-35. PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. •

I must tell you, I had a very rewarding experience at - nydeco

I must tell you, I had a very rewarding experience at Smithtown Hertz and I owe it to my salesman Lawrence, and the General Manager Jason. Both guys bent over backwards to help me select the right car and once I did, I loved it so much, I bought it. They were super helpful and professional. If you need a car, ask for Lawrence or Jason. My only qualm is with Hertz. They withheld my second key. How are my wife and I supposed to get by on one key? We are petitioning hertz for a second key or reimbursement on the cost of a second key from Nissan.

A great rainy day - nissan2010

We drove into Big Al's Auto Outlet just to turn around. We were looking for a small pick up and saw a Tacoma over in the corner so we took a look and decided to go in and get the price. We met Mathew, a very pleasant young man, who answered all our questions with honesty and no pressure. after learning more about our need he suggested we look at a Nisan Frontier. It turned out to be perfect for us and it came with a lifetime power train warrantee from Goldstein. After driving the truck, which is awesome, and engaging in a little negotiating we came to a respectable deal. There was never any pressure during our transaction and the information we received in response to questions was always very complete and honest. I have never had such a great experience shopping for a used vehicle. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle go to Big Al's. You will like the visit and are very likely to leave with the car of your dreams. Do it. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for the opportunity to respond.

Thank you so much to Adam at Brooklyn Auto sales! - SammyStelvio

Thank you so much to Adam at Brooklyn Auto sales! I just purchased my G63 with him and i've been nothing but impressed with his attention to detail and timely responses during my transaction. He made sure I was happy and knew everything about the car before purchasing. Not pushy and honest about what he could do to help me. I will definitely be back when it's time to switch it up again!

While anyone would be skeptical of a used car dealer, as - pcomo2024

While anyone would be skeptical of a used car dealer, as I definitely was, and with issues that did come up that could have easily made me walk away, both Richie and Paul definitely made good on their promises in delivering a beautiful Volvo to me. Even after some basic scratches and dents were repaired, both Richie and Paul went above and beyond to ensure the car was 100%. You'll even get to enjoy their slap stick humor in the showroom as they try to make any stressful purchase of a car a bit more calm. Even down to the delivery, when my insurance agent only had a flip phone and couldn't send documents, they both worked through it all. It's only day 1 after delivery so I am hoping that their commitment follows through in the days to come. Only suggestion,... get a working 1980's fax machine please.....

Stay away from this dealership. - blhew

Stay away from this dealership.I Havana 2025 Buick Enclave that is a great vehicle and sales person was great, the dealership however is a different story. The status of the vehicle was showing 18 per cent left on the front brakes. Davidson’s wanted $300.00 for new pads but the guy I hired to check them got the pads force less than a third of that. When he pulled the wheels tgr brake pads looked like new, he said the status on the dash needed to be updated but he said the dealer would have to do it. I called Davidsons and they were going to charge me a diognostic fee when it only had 19000 miles on it. I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them.

Fast and easy buying process - 123Brie

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Hershey's Auto, Inc.. We love the van that we purchased, and we had been searching for something like it for a long time. Truly what made the experience so great was the ease of the buying process. We were in and out of the office within an hour and driving away in our fantastic purchase. This is the third car that my husband and I have purchased together, and we have never had such a pleasant and hassle free process! Thank you:)

Chuck was great to do business with. - bgabeny

Working with Jeff was the easiest car buying experience - Car Buyer

Working with Jeff was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. He’s honest and straightforward. The car was priced right and we agreed quickly on a fair deal. With Jeff being the owner, you are dealing directly with the decision maker and not a parade of sales people. He doesn’t maintain a large inventory, but if the right vehicle catches your eye, you should stop by straight away and talk to Jeff. You will not be disappointed.

Prompt professional service!! - Celeste19

Frank Quinones our salesperson was accommodating from beginning to end. His dedication to superior service is very evident and we got a good deal on the car that I wanted. The facility is clean, comfortable and inviting and Bob Morehead, one of the owners gave us his personal attention too which made everything so special. Family businesses are the easiest businesses and this one is exceptional!

Fantastic experience - atkc

I had the best experience buying my first car at Performance Auto (and I'm in my 30s...). Sean was patient, kind, helpful and was phenomenally service-oriented. They went out of their way to provide great service (ie picking me up from the train, answering all of my questions, taking the car to the manufacturer to have the recalls closed out, etc), and were phenomenally easy to work with. Their pricing was transparent - they do not charge any of the hidden fees that other used car dealers typically surprise you with - and negotiating with them was fair and fact based. I would highly recommend working with them again!

CROOKS!!! Owner is rude and obnoxious to deal with - Not... - marty5000

CROOKS!!! Owner is rude and obnoxious to deal with - Not worth the risk, look for a car anywhere but here - do your homework - long history of same story over and over -it's out there folks - just sayin :) $13,600 car didn't even make it home off the lot. Paid $5,600 in repairs in order to obtain a LEGAL Inspection Sticker. As I get so many compliments on my car now, happy to pay extra for the huge car magnets letting people know just where and who screwed me over PAUL ROBERTS, works like a charm!
