I purchased a 18 Ram from them in March, when the deal was being made the salesman agreed to fix some paint issues/rust bubbles on rocker panels. It was stated that it would be 100% before the truck was sold. The dealer had "bumper bros" paint the rockers and they were good when the truck was picked up. With in just a few months the paint was flaking off and rockers are rusted 10x worse. After I reached out to dealer they stated the salesman doesn't work there anymore, and they don't warranty rust. They said they contacted bumper bros but they won't do anything about it even though it was only a few months later. Spent $25k on a truck that has rusted out rockers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will continue to not recommend them to anyone who asks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER.

We went to Mega Auto Friday, we looked at several cars. We had a "too good to be true" attitude, but when we got there we found out that these cars were awesome. We were aware of some repairs that had happened to the cars, but they were repaired so well there was not a hint of any repairs in the way they looked or functioned. We got a low mileage vehicle that looked brand new, and for a cost that was several thousand dollars less than comparable dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality automobile for a good price. We were there, test drove our choices and had the paperwork done in less than 1.5 hours. Have your financing in hand when you go, because they don't finance. They are good at communicating these things upfront.

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

After buying a second truck 2017 GMC Sierra from them it'll be my last. I had issues in a very short time with my truck. Talked to Ryan he said bring it in they'll look at it. Well I asked if they had a qualified mechanic there and who would be diagnosing my truck he wouldn't answer. No idea on possibly how long I'd be without vehicle as I do work and hard to do without a truck full of tools. I just gave them a cashier's check for 24,000 I don't think I'm wrong for wanting to know who what where and why. So I asked to speak to Mike and Ryan became condescending and extremely rude. Finally Mike calls and he wasn't any better. All I heard him say for half hour was all about his millions of dollars of cars and he knows how to get them serviced, I couldn't even express any concerns that I had. So I said that I'll take it somewhere to get looked at and he said I should. And he says as far as Ryan he's my manager I take responsibility for him I guess. So I take truck somewhere a reputable dealer repair shop " fresh shiny scrapes on both upper control arms from wheels rubbing truck has 20in wheels came stock with 18s and scrapes weren't much older than the time they had truck. While there front struts were shot and front rotors were end of life. But Mike and Ryan wonder why I don't trust them when truck shouldn't have passed inspection any good mechanic should have been able to tell worn struts and worn rotors. So the shop says they can buy their own struts we'll put them on for a certain price. I call Ryan tell him he orders struts and says that's all they will do because I don't trust them and they are done with me. While in the meantime transmission is slipping and Ryan ordered for one just the strut nothing else even though the springs and all other hardware is just as worn and for a 19 Sierra not a 17 Sierra. At this point I'm fed up with their games and them dragging their feet while truck is getting worse. Still Ryan nor Mike have not even once asked about how anything is or asked for a bill or even offered to do anything. Still nothing about wrong struts. This is not a stand up back their word dealer if this is how they conduct business.Luckily I have all correspondence about issues long before warranty was up and the lack of disclosing any of these issues prior to sale. There is nothing stating that I have to take vehicle to them and nothing stating they get out of it because I do. So basically I bought a truck that shouldn't have passed nys inspection and found issues with it and they are breeching contract by refusing to fix because I don't trust them. Also noticed they show polished and painted/covered all blemishes on truck. After first wash I was noticing a lot of blemishes after second wash there were numerous spots/scratches all over vehicle. Pretty shady to not just be upfront and let buyer see what the truck actually looks like. So far four months later I'm out of pocket for what I fixed what should have been covered by dealership. I guess I should start filing complaints especially seeing how the transmission was having issues in the first couple hundred miles. I won't buy another vehicle from them that's for sure.

I've waited over a year to post this. Fusion Auto is a dirty company. Buyer beware they are shady. I purchased a vehicle in January, 2025 for my family. On the surface all looked good. 19 days after purchase the transmission went. The vehicle could not be driven. I called fusion auto the same night, spoke with Mike, he was the salesman we had. Mike was told of the situation and he said "let me look into this and I'll call you tomorrow". We'll tomorrow never came. My daughter and I both called and given the same runaround. After time passed I located Rob Benedetto, Owner and sent him a message. He immediately called me. We were in contact for about three weeks. He wants to help. His help consisted of trying to locate a transmission. He found a few. The car was already at Ammco Transmission. I ordered a remanufactured transmission. Rob was looking for a used transmission. He found a few with limited warranty and he wanted me to bring the van to a different garage. He said he would have a check on Monday. I called the office, no check. After a week of calling and still no check. After a week and no phone call or check. I completed DMV form VS-35. dmv representative told me that a car sold by a dealer, there is a 6000 mile or 6 month guarantee that the car is safe and in good working condition. The van had 150k miles so it did not qualify for the lemon law. I provided very detailed information and included the receipts. He has been investigated, and the DMV inspector did say that they found evidence the transmission was bad, plus a magnitude of other issues. The court date was 4/28/26. I am just waiting to see the decision A quick breakdown of the issues bad transmission and catalytic converter. I cannot stress this enough. He owns a dealership that in the end will clear codes to make it appear all is good. ... My daughter redirected the decision today and he is liable for $5000 to be paid to my daughter. Rob stupid"I've been doing this for 25 years and I know what the law is. Well 16 months later he found out what the law is. Don't let him bully you, you have rights. THE DMV FORM IS VS-35. PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. •
