Poor customer service and defective product - mechman
Had 2012 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission. Researched that this a common issue in the Altima. Nissan will not issue a recall the will only give you what they call "good will" Still cost me $1000 to fix my car. The local service tech was so disrespectful because we bought in the car to get repaired. We were referred to as "you people" yes the customer was you people. We were never offered a loaner car. The repair took almost three weeks. I would never have any car serviced here at Carolina Nissan. There was never even an apology.

I purchased a car from Deacon Jones Nissian back in 2012. I had the car for 1.5 yrs. I then decided to trade up but traded to a 2014 Toyota. Its been 5 weeks since I can in to cancel GAP insurance & I called to inquire. Donna is very RUDE & Short with ppl. I KNOW another person that went there last week to do the exact SAME thing & there check was cut the SAME day. She told me she only cuts checks on Friday. I don't understand the problem is & why its taken so long. I was very pleased with my vehicle I purchased from there & pleased with the sale staff. But I assure you I will not be returning to Deacon Jones Nissian ever again if I plan to trade or buy a vehicle.

First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history of past problems with Gabe Rowe and another vehicle I purchased from them I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. After dropping off my car I was contacted by a Gabe Rowe associate some thirty minutes later telling me my car would cost an additional $900...with no REAL expectation why! According to the service manager "I told him the wrong car year," which was a complete bold face lie! As if that wasn't bad enough the rental car that they "paid for" didn't come with insurance, so in addition to paying for the car repairs I had to pay for the rental insurance out of my pocket! Because of the increase in cost and lack of professionalism I decided to forgo the the repairs through Gabe Rowe. Upon entering the service office the service manager tries to bill me for the rental they promised to pay for because I choose not to spend some $2000+ dollars for something that I was told would cost $1300! We literally went back and forth over a $35 dollar one day rental fee because he felt his million/billion dollar COMPANY could not afford to cover the $35.00 rental because I the INDIVIDUAL decided I did not want to pay them an additional $900! After this issue the service manager thought it was a good idea to ask me to leave my car for them to service my airbags because of a recent recall! I spent $22 dollars on rental insurance and 2 1/2 hours bringing and dropping off my car to only leave with the same problem I came with. I will never, ever go to Gabe Rowe anything for any reason!!! I will not go there even if I break down in front of their place of business! This was an absolute waste of time and one of the most horrible car experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend Gabe Rowe for anything, zilch, zero, nada!

After purchasing a new 2013 Sentra from this dealership I began to use their service department. This has been the best experience I've had in my 37 years of driving. First of all, with the purchase of my car came free oil changes. That got me used to the service reps and helped me to feel confident in the knowledge they shared with me about the upkeep of my car. I never felt pressured to have anything done it was always given to me as "this is what's going on with your car, it's something you may want to consider alittle down the road". It is a professional atmostphere where I'd feel very comfortable waiting for my car if I had to. Thankfully with their shuttle service it is just so easy to drop the car off and be taken to work and not have to miss anytime off. I'm always picked back up at my convenience. The shuttle service staff has always been polite and glad to assist me. I feel confident in knowing the service department at Greenville Nissan is going to help me in keeping my Sentra on the road safely and economically! Thanks for all you do Greenville Nissan!

Where I purchased the Nissan Versa from, they did not help me, went someplace else and bought a new sensor,light was still on!
Called this place, they said bring it in we'll take care of you.
And they did! Right at this dealership!
They 2 men who helped me were great!
They felt like my big brothers!

I stopped in for just an oil change, but the team did more than that. Thank you for taking the time to really look at my car and notice damage and a leak that could have been detrimental if not caught. I'm almost at my 60k warranty and the upcoming repair is still covered by the warranty. Thank you for taking care of me and my car, especially since another dealership I recently visited did not catch this issue ahead of time. I am now a permanent customer while living in the high country.

Service was below poor when resolving a common problem with Nissan Versa heat shields. Made a trip to service department that could have been avoided by merely stating the fact that they won't cover manufacturing defects past 36000 miles in spite of fact that most versas have this issue. Online forums filled with information. Buyers beware. Avoid the smooth talk and problems later

Will not sell you service you do not need. Had a small delay with a battery replacement and found a free oil change on my console.
