Glenn Graves in the Service department at Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville is phenomenal! He truly understands what it means to take care of a customer from the moment you drive up to the point you leave with a smile on your face because Glenn had handled everything so well. For my most recent visit, he not only ensured that the service that my vehicle needed was performed with precision in a timely manner but he noticed that I would have been due for an oil change in only a week's time. He saved me from making another appointment and a trip to and from the dealership while helping me take advantage of some great specials that were going on so I saved a bundle! While my car was getting washed (a wonderful perk of being a Fred Anderson Nissan customer), Glenn took the time to answer some questions for me about staying safe when out and about and he even showed me the super portable jump starter/battery booster kit that he keeps in his own vehicle. It never hurts to be prepared and I trust Glenn's advice and recommendations.

Service dept is great there. Had a "check engine" light come in in my Nissan Titan on a Saturday, called up Capital Nissan in Wilmington and they were able to work me in even without an appt. They provided my with and rental car and by Monday my truck was ready. Kaitlyn was my service advisor and she was super easy to work with. Def will be a repeat customer.

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service manager after my visit today. After attempting to get new tires at another location my wheel lock was missing. Went to Nissan of Shelby to have the wheel lock removed and asked for a replacement due to the fact my car (2019 Rogue) has always been serviced and tires rotated at this location, it apparently was not replaced in my vehicle after a service appointment. Service manager wanted to charge me for this, I refused to pay as this missing wheel lock was not my fault. Service manager continued not to provide appropriate customer service and I told her I would not give any more of my business to this location although I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location. Corporate has already been contacted. This is not how I expect to be treated from this dealership! 2 thumbs down!

Had 2012 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission. Researched that this a common issue in the Altima. Nissan will not issue a recall the will only give you what they call "good will" Still cost me $1000 to fix my car. The local service tech was so disrespectful because we bought in the car to get repaired. We were referred to as "you people" yes the customer was you people. We were never offered a loaner car. The repair took almost three weeks. I would never have any car serviced here at Carolina Nissan. There was never even an apology.

My nephew purchased a car from this dealership, additionally purchased the warranty. He put less than 300 miles on it and it’s a giant paper weight now. Dealership doesn’t want to buy it back or fix the car. Warranty will not cover it because it was preexisting- preexisting means before he purchased it, for those that do not understand that term.
So now, our soldier is 4000 miles from home, and instead of worrying about protecting and serving his country - he is worried about a car he purchased and was ripped off on. Way to go Southern Pines Nissan. I am sure you are very proud of yourselves and sleep well at night. We thought we had to worry about him going to fight in a war instead we are worried about if he is going to be able to get where he needs to be.

Well, the actual service was done correctly and affordably. BUT, cost me much more with items (Center counsel bag with Garmin, cell Charger/cable, and Oakleys) taken from my truck. AIR BAG SAFETY RECALL LIGHT STILL FLASHING - NISSAN SERVICE NO WAY
The entire Japanese Air Bag Industry sold defective Air Bag Systems in their vehicles. I went into Dave Cannon Nissan of Wake Forest NC (Crossroads Nissan) and my air bag light was flashing before my recall service that was free, but when I got the car back the light was still flashing. The service technician who was female refused to check the air bag flashing light without a $135.00 diagnostic fee basically to pay for the free work that they just did. My way of thinking if the NISSAN really cared about safety and the safety of the customer is to fixed the total system that never worked. I never go to Nissan for service even though I purchased 6 new Nissans. Looks like KIA may be my next 5 new cars.

They tried to get me to get extra unneeded service done. They did not reset my maintenance notification after they changed my oil and filter. They also tried to get me to pay a significant amount of money for a minimal service procedure that I could perform myself. This only took 15 seconds for me to perform with no tools and I'm not a mechanic. I also had an issue with my tires that I didn't have before I took my vehicle. Hold on tight to your pocketbook if you decide to get service here. I will never return to this service department ever again if I can help it.

this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Have debated on posting anything but I want to protect you as a customer from what I have went through the last year! 1st off the person who sold me the car (used) lied about the age of the car which I finally caught while signing papers. They then put the wrong mileage on my paper work which I then had to have fixed after I bought the car. fast forward two days and she was in the shop for the 1st of many many times. In the first 34 days I owned my car I drove it for 14 of those days! not consecutively as I had 5 loner cars in that time. Also give me the wrong tag and in the 14 days I did have it I was driving with an illegal tag! then let's just say over a year my car was in the shop more times than I can count. fast forward 1 year and my car would not pass its state inspection because they illegally passed it when i bought it with to dark of tent on it and tried to say i put the tent on after I bought it. when I informed them I had taken pictures of the car the day I bought it before I even left the lot they changed thier tone and offered to take the tent off and inspect it! ummm after accusing me of putting something illegal on my car nope don't think so. i asked to be put in a different car comparable to the one I was in. they showed me xxx cars and when I told them no and not to run my credit till i talked to my husband they still ran it!!! I took my business to a new dealership and have had an excellent experience. dont do business with this dealership they dont care about you just a sale and won't own up to doing something wrong!
