Returning home from a trip to Florida, our 2011 Sonata was having engine issues. We were towed to Lake Norman Hyundai. It was AFTER HOURS and a young gentleman came out to greet us to see how he could help. He wrote up repair and told us the service techs would be in at 7:30 a.m. He would have them check out car first thing. At 6:00 a.m. Bobbi the service manager was there looking for our car. He invited us inside to get warm and asked us if we would like breakfast . We had slept in car all night. We soon had bedfast and warmed up. Bobbi visited with us for about 1/2 hour, wow we felt at home and very welcome. The bad news, our car could be fixed, but not today. We had a tight schedule and needed to be back in Ohio the next morning. We decided to buy another car. Jeremy was our salesman. He was awesome too!! We thought, were do you find these wonderfully dedicated employees? Jeremy was very mindful of our time line, and at one point had a couple of other employees helping prep new car so we were able to get on the road. Big Jon, the finance man had all our papers ready, and quickly helped us through that process. While we waiting for service techs to check out our car, I noticed a sign on the dealership window, it was an award for best hyundai dealership in 2022. I have been in the retail sector, customer service for over 44 years. We soon realized why they we given this award!!! Great experience!! We purchased a Sante Fe XRT. What a joy to drive. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond our expectations!! Thanks to all, and have a very Merry Christmas!!

5 Star Service and review all the way around and then some! Hands Down! The entire parts department was so professional and helpful when I came in, particularly Ben! Another guy helped out (didn’t get his name), while I assume Ben was out to lunch and then Mike, sealed the deal (his desk was close by the parts department) and placed my door handle on for me! Super nice folks! Truthfully, the dealership’s ratings are the reason, I came to Land Rover of Cary, instead of Land Rover of Raleigh! I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Range Rover of Raleigh Service Center I recently left my car at the Range Rover of Raleigh service center on a Sunday night, hoping for a smooth and efficient service experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with the service team has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First thing Monday morning, I called to convey my issue. My service tech, "J," re-asked three questions that I had already answered. Despite the car being checked in on Monday, there was no follow-up or information provided about the diagnosis. When I reached out on Tuesday, "J" would only communicate via text and informed me that the car had still not been checked. I requested a telephone conversation, which he ignored. Instead, he began suggesting additional tests even though the initial diagnosis had not been performed. Frustrated, I called to speak with the service manager, "T." Within 15 minutes of that request, "J" called me. I asked why he was suggesting additional tests when I had not received any feedback regarding my car, nor the promised video from a certified technician. I reluctantly agreed to the tests but have not received a call back since our discussion. I left another message for service manager "T" on Tuesday but received no response. I called again at 7:45 AM and noon the next day, but still, no call back. It's disheartening to see all the wonderful reviews when my experience has been far from satisfactory. This is the second time this year that I've encountered such poor service. It makes me wonder if negative reviews are being hidden or buried by bots. If this is what Range Rover excellence looks like, I want no part of it. Beware, as it seems that some customers receive different levels of service. My experience at Range Rover of Raleigh has been extremely disappointing, and I urge potential customers to be cautious.

Tilita is Awesome! - Madai

Tilita is Awesome!! Unfortunately, one of my friends thought he was doing me a favor by getting some serious work done to my car. He didn't take it to Lee Hyundai to get it done. I know he meant well, but I was on edge. I was going out of town and was very concerned about the work that was done (Not at a hyundai dealer). Tilita squeeze me in on a Saturday to look at my car before I had to go back to Florida. She said that everything look fine according to the tech. It just needed a couple of things done. What a sigh of relief. I thank Tilita for her assistance on getting me in on a holiday weekend. I have also asked my friend to never have anything done to my car without the hyundai being involved going forward.

This dealership service department is the most unprofessional auto service department I’ve ever dealt with in my 40 years as a driver. They quoted my $1,700.00 repair down to a battery for my spare key fab. But, when I picked up my car, the struts that hold my hood up, were suddenly broken and the hood wouldn’t stay open. They didn’t mention it one time. The engine cover was left off and laying on top of the engine. It was not snapped on just laying there. I’m missing my full size spare tire. And I have a grease stain on my carpet. They have no explanation for any of this. Ashley, our service contact is rude. She lied to my husband and myself several times about everything from the price right down to an accurate time frame for the repair. People need to know when their car will be finished. I have contacted Acura corporate with pictures and we heard they will once again get fined. I think it’s just terrible what they do to people. If I had read the reviews before entrusting them with my SUV, I wouldn’t have gone there. I think the overall experience of 1 star is generous. When you buy a car, you’re expecting to have your service experience to be better than this!

I've got a 2022 pacifica with less than 38,000 miles on it that has developed issues with the infotainment system GPS display and Audio). Also, sometimes the power rear doors can't be opened from the passenger compartment. I called to make appointment and was dumped into voice mail.. After waiting for 2 days for a call back, which I never received, I called and managed to get through to service to try to schedule an appointment, only to be told I couldn't. Rather I was told to leave this $50K car with them and they'd call me once they got around to looking at it. I really don't consider that an acceptable service response.

I had a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 for almost 5 years and had it serviced, oil change and filter, tires rotated and the cost was 45 to 55 dollars at Hwy US #1 dodge in Sanford NC. I took my new 2022 Dodge Ram to Aberdeen for same service as above and the charge was $ 172.00. They charged me $ 96 because they gave me a DISCOUNT ?? Be sure and get a cost before you allow them to do any work !!! J.R. Hill

I brought my truck in for the standard ford works plus a few more tasks I asked them to do. I was told that they would give me a call to update me once they know a time line. They had my truck for 6hrs before I called for a timeline check myself. I was told they still had no idea what needed to be done (I left a list with them in the morning). When they finally called me to tell me my truck was complete, I came to pick up my truck and was informed that the only thing they completed was the basic ford works and not everything else I requested. They didn’t fill out the inspection checklist so they had to pull my truck back in and inspect it again that took 20 more minutes. They also did not top off all my fluids, did not flash my computer system like I requested, did not fix my USB ports like I requested, and also did not fix my onboard compass like I requested. Service did not communicate with me at all throughout the day. They had my truck for an entire day and accomplished the bare minimum. Coming from someone who has worked at a ford dealership and has a father who has ran/managed multiple dealerships, I know what the level of service should be. This was a very poor experience. I still need everything else I requested to be fixed. I went to Leith because I just moved to Knightdale and I am looking for a new home dealership for service and possible future purchases. - Harley Davidson

Be extremely careful when requesting service. You want to ask for an estimate before allowing them to do any repairs. I made the mistake by asking for 2 broken lug bolts and nuts to be replaced and never asked for an estimate. I trusted that cost would not be terrible but was surprised with a bill for over $650. My wife took the car to Leith and spoke with Kerry Blevins, service advisor. Yes we did make the mistake by not asking for an estimate before approving the work and trusted that if it were to be a huge bill, we would be told beforehand. ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND........
