I was running late for my appointment and they said as long as it was under 30 min. it was ok. That was a huge relief. When I got there, the process went so quickly (under an hour). Later, they went over the receipt and told me what I could honestly put off a little longer (since money is an issue for me). I really appreciate the car wash and coupons sent in the mail. I had a tire blowout and live far away from an Audi dealership. Audi arranged for a tow and Pecheles was able to replace tire, handle 3 safety recalls, fix the check engine light being illuminated, and investigated the EPC light coming on intermittently, which causes the engine to die. I'm not happy with my Audi (the car is a year old and one wheel is on its third tire), but I am happy with the service at Pecheles.

I have been taking my Volkeswagons to Frema for service since 2001. The service staff have always been professional, given me updates on the appointment if I'm waiting, offered to take me places, provided a loaner car if the service is extensive, and answered any questions I've had. The sales staff is friendly, asks about any needs the service customer might have while waiting. I've never felt pressured or hounded about buying a new car, trading my current vehicle, or upgrading. They go above and beyond, from repairing a sudden problem without an appointment [re: window wouldn't go up as we were leaving for a week vacation], brought our dog a bowl of water when unexpectedly we had to stop for an issue one summer, gave me a loaner to get home (30 min away) when a car I was driving (not mine, not a VW) suddenly died at 7pm one night and I was near the dealership. The GM and the staff have my business!

My service advisor was just ok. He wasn't nice, but he was not rude. When my car was ready he was no where to be found. After waiting about 5 min, I went to the other advisor who got me checked out and got my car run through the car wash.
While I was sitting waiting on my car to be serviced, I observed whom I think was the service manger offering great service to another customer. He offered him beverages and a loaner car. The service manager didn't even speak to me, let alone offer me the great service he offered the other gentleman customer.
Overall, I probably will not be back after my next service, which I had already purchased. That was a disappointing experience after I had such a great experience at Paramount VW in Hickory, NC.

I had anexceptional experience atVW service 10 years ago but had heard the department wasn't as thoughtful, etc.. Everyone was friendly from the original call to the gentleman driving the shuttle service. Had VW not lied about their diesel emmissions, I would come to FlowVW in a heartbeat to buy and get service. Exceptional service, great experience. Highly recommend them!

This is my second VW purchase from National. Most recent about 10 months ago. I go in for my first 'free' oil change, and was presented with a $65 bill upon pick-up. When questioned, the tech said they don't do 'free' oil changes anymore. Ummm, that's one of the reasons I bought another VW. One of the perks. I was told upon purchase 'free oil for life'. Well apparently it's no longer 'free oil for life'. They will NEVER get any future business from me, or anyone who asks my opinion of them. Congratulations National VW. You've lived up to the smarmy car sales lot stigma.

I was quoted $145 for a part and free installation. I called 5 days later and the part had not even been ordered. It's 2 weeks later I come to have it installed due to a call I received that it was in. The part was not here. Today I pick it up and it's $175 and that they gave me a discount. I explained the quote he made @$145. I get that price but no discount, I'm told installation is the discount...no that was part of the original price. And if they say they will call you back, guarantee they will not including the manager Donna. This is beyond bad. This is only 1 instance, I have many.
