DO NOT buy used vehicles from Westgate autog group. The will make fraudulent sales and run your credit through multiple credit agencies which destroys your credit. When confronted by the states consumer protection agency, they will deny any wrong doing forcing you to have to get a personal lawyer to have legal action taken. Especially if you are a service member, please stay away from these dealerships. They are not to be trusted when making a purchase. They care about money, not the customers. Please do your research with THE BBB. They have a F rating for the aforementioned statement and failure to respond to the CPA. If anyone else has problems, make a BBB report and contact the North Carolina Consumer Protection Agency.

Outstanding - integrity one

After a very frustrating experience earlier in the day, I found 40/42 motorsports. They had the exact car that I was looking for, were great to deal with on the phone and provided the best buying experience that I have had in a long long time. They only stock quality vehicles, they are honest and very fair. They are most efficient as well. Customer Service is paramount with these folks and it is very evident from the minute you start a conversation with them via phone and/or in person. I live 4 hours from 40/42 and will drive back again to business with these folks. Can't say enough good about 40/43 MotorSports.

I am writing this review to warn all consumers reading this to NEVER do any business with this 5 Points Auto Masters and their other lousy, crooked so-called "dealership", Kelly and Kelly Investments; both of which are located on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC. These crooks do nothing but sell unsuspecting consumers these way overpriced LEMONS, keeping a set of the LEMON'S keys so they can sneak back and "repossess" the LEMON when the unsuspecting consumer misses one of the outrageously exorbitant so-called "monthly payments" they extort from the consumer. These crooks use these weak, ineffectual and non-existent so-called "laws" that now exist pertaining to used cars to their crooked, sleazy advantage and the poor, unsuspecting consumer is really unable to do NOTHING but maybe file a useless lawsuit. Unless and until these laws are changed, especially in this state of North Carolina, pertaining to these used car dealerships, consumers will continue to be at the mercy of these crooked, shady, unscrupulous SCAM ARTISTS like this 5 Points Auto Masters and Kelly and Kelly Investments. (Which is the same people, by the way.).

This was not the location address shown online. It is the one in Frederick MD. Never got back to me. Upon doing vin research, I found this "no accidents reported" car had been bought at auction from State Farm-totaled! Front end and engine smashed, saw photos. Glad they didn't get back to me.

Don't walk, RUN away from this dealer!!! Owner sold us a car with unsafe tires, dead battery, broken C/D player, broken sunroof, no owner's manual and rattling door. The owner assured us she would have someone pick up the car and make the repairs. Instead, she proceeded to give us the run around for several days and then ceased all communication. We filed a complaint with North Carolina Department of Justice, owner then claimed that she did not have any knowledge of our complaints despite us having e-mails showing the contrary. She submitted to the North Carolina Department of Justice something she copied from the Ebay website depicting a 2006 manual. Subsequently, the owner sent us a manual for a 2012 car however the car we purchased from her was a 2006. We immediately notified her of the mistake. To date, she has not contacted us. Spent over $1,000.00 to make the car drivable and safe several days after purchase. We still haven't fixed the sunroof and C/D player. Please note, everything was rosy until she cashed our check!!!

Needless to say, they still owe me a reimbursement a month later despite countless promises. They have been very rude and disrespectful once they got my money. If you decide to go here beware. Worst service worst response time if any and they all lie I will have an hour and a half away purchased an SUV from them, for my wife asked all the questions looked at the photographs Delivered the car to my wife’s work for a Christmas present. The car was filthy windshield had a rock chip in the drivers for you stickers for stock number we’re not taking off, and my wife was very embarrassed when she walked out to show it to her coworkers they want to offer $35 to have it washed detail guy told me $50 to clean it they will not replace the windshield told me to turn it in on my insurance took them over a week to even get that response after calling every day talking to multiple people stay away from this dealership

Great place to buy a car. Not like your normal used car dealer. Very nice cars Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche. Deals in highline cars, and suvs. No pressure from salesman at all. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Family owned and operated. You get to deal with the owner and their prices were less than the surrounding dealers.

I Was going to buy a different vehicle but, test drove it and the low tire light on the dash was on.when I inquired the man told me yeah probably a sensor. I asked him to look at it he said when he got around to it. At the time there were no other customers on the lot. I left without buying anything an won't ever go back. I highly recommend Capitol Auto as a low-pressure car dealer. Purchased a 1-owner 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT from Capitol Auto at the end of May. My initial contact was with Maria, who set up a test drive with Robbie with about 30 minutes notice. After the first test drive, they were patient and not “pushy” as I set up my finances. After a few days, I asked to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection at my mechanic. Maria was more than willing to accommodate. Picked up the car at 9am and was told not to bring it back until 2pm to allow the most time with it as possible. After returning to the lot, I worked with Tyler on final price and financing. He was more than willing to negotiate the price when I showed him the market data from TrueCar and Cargurus. Even though I was already pre-approved for financing, he was able to beat my bank’s rate. Including final paperwork, I was in their office for 2 hours, most of which was due to the bank taking an hour to process my information. Throughout the entire process of the first test drive to driving away with the car, I felt comfortable and under no pressure, which was a completely different story than the other official Hyundai dealers in Raleigh. A couple of my friends asked where I got the car, and after responding, I encouraged them to look at Capitol Auto’s lot first, because I know they will be treated well.

Terrible Experience - Christina

At the time I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I also purchased the Freedom Warranty. Well 5 months after purchase, I took it to a shop to start a claim because it was making a loud noise. The warranty company inspected the Jeep and found that the drive shaft was bad, as well as, the transfer case motor. Their inspection report stated that the drive shaft was a long term pre-existing condition and would not be covered. Not to mention the transfer case motor is a non covered part. This dealer sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a faulty drive shaft at the time of sale. When contacting the dealer and speaking with Brian Jones, they refuse to take any responsibility for the issue and only want to blame the customer. I am now out an additional nearly $2000 for repairs I was not planning on paying. Did I mention, I have only had the vehicle for 5 months?! I was able to cancel the warranty for a prorated refund also but that was just as big of a hassle that you have to go through the dealership for. If you are looking for a safe, reliable vehicle for your family then this is NOT the place. This dealership is deceitful and the warranty they upsell to you is useless. I have lived in the area my whole life and have never had an experience as terrible as this when purchasing a car whether from a dealer or private seller. Go elsewhere, I promise you won't regret it!!
