For the most part, Finley Ford iz a good company. But my last visit, I wanted them to check out a rattle. It wasn't until afterwards that I was made aware of the $59 charge on top of oil change and tire rotation. It sure hurt my checking account cause I needed to pay my car insurance. I'm a single income mom. They should let people know this ahead of time.

Had a nice lightly used vehicle in great condition that I wanted to sell as it was worth a little bit more than most private party deals. I stopped in to Williston Auto on a Saturday, was greeted very friendly by Lori at the front door. She got the info they needed and showed me to the lobby. Kirby quickly took the vehicle for a test drive and came over and we worked out a very fair price. Paperwork was done within 10 minutes and they gave me a ride home. What a pleasant experience from the start to the end! Everyone including the salesman in the showroom to the porter who gave me a ride were positive and helpful. I was told by another dealership I called this morning that they weren’t buying cars at this time, which surprised me that they wouldn’t even want to look at my vehicle. Their loss I guess!?! Go buy the black 2018 Kia Sorento at Williston Auto, it’s a nice one!
