Fran was amazing and made the process enjoyable! Not a “typical” car purchase experience, much less stressful. Only concern was the initial payment amounts shown vs actual were quite different. We realize that has a lot to do with our credit vs customer average that is used, however we didn’t know the change until we were doing paperwork and almost felt like it was too late in the process to stop or change. Otherwise it was great and Fran went above and beyond.

In the past we had purchased a new 2012 Ford Edge & a 2014 Pre-owned pre-certified Ford Escape from Vision Ford. They really catered to customer service & had a lot of perks. Offered you coffee, snacks, gave you a service coupon book for your new car & a pen with their name & phone # on it etc. They really made you feel at home & like your business was really appreciated. When I wanted to buy a new 2018 Ford Escape, I didn't even consider another dealer & went straight to Vision Ford. They no longer offer you a cup of coffee, a snack, a coupon book, a pen or anything. I did not get that warm feeling like I did before that my business was really appreciated. Alex Beach was a terrific salesman tho & very professional but I will shop around the next time I look for a car.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bill Barth. I was only in the market for a new vehicle because mine was starting to become to small for my growing family. Before my first car payment was even due several things started going wrong, broken sun roof, poor gas mileage, hard start, struts and that's just to name a few. I am a hard working mom and the thought of being invested in a vehicle that already caused me so many issues scared me. I was given broken promise after broken promise. I even asked them to buy the vehicle back and they said they wouldn't at what it was sold to me for. I trusted Bill Barth with their for the people ad. I was even told that I'm lucky I got a car with my poor credit and they really did me a favor. I'm now locked into a vehicle that I hate, has proved to be unreliable and I'm bitter with a dealership that made so many broken promises. I would never recommend anyone to go to Bill Barth.

Very very very poor customer service. You think they would want to keep there customers happy and do something for them when they sell you a lemon for a vehicle. Won't be buying there ever again.
