I’m so impressed with the service department at Eide Ford. The service manager Lee, has gone above and beyond in every way, for me. I bought a vehicle from Eide Chrysler down the road, and started having brake problems the very next day. Their service department wouldn’t even look at the car without charging $120 for a diagnosis. They insisted the car was fine when they sold it to me. Lee and his service department looked at my car, and fixed the problem for free. A month later I started having even more serious problems with the car. Lee got it right in to diagnose, determined it needed a new motor, and didn’t quit until he got approved a brand new one put in my car, for absolutely no charge. Lee also arranged for a beautiful vehicle to drive until my car is fixed. I’ve never experienced such commitment, diligence, and advocacy for the customer, as I have with Lee at Eide Ford. I’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks Lee!!
