3rd truck purchased at Fairway and from Jaison Brant every time. I have at least 2 ford dealers within 20 minutes from me in western PA but I choose to drive 45 minutes into Ohio to buy my trucks. Awesome people, deals and dealership. Jaison is a pleasure to deal with, not one of those pushy overbearing car salesman. The overbearing approach approach drives me away, hence the reason I continue to go back.

Overall pleased with my purchase the van overall appearance was very clean for the year . The price was right. Jason and sales manager was great at working with us to finalizing our sale. I will say that when service inspected the. Vehicle before placing on the lot they did do a oil change but missed that the master cylinder brake fuild was low., tire air pressure low on all tires and the A/C not blowing cold air.

The Mount Orab Dodge dealership has an excellent service department. They are professional friendly and perform the service on your car exactly the way that you hope your car will be treated. For me it is a 71 Mile Drive one way but well worth the trip.

Supper friendly and courteous but did a HORRIBLE job - unhappy camper
Been trying to get a minor repair finished for 2 months. 1st time they didn't paint the part. 2nd time after I waited for 2hrs they discovered that it was the wrong part. 3rd time they fixed that part but it still didn't solve the problem. 4th time (repeat of 3rd time) So they finally got it all fixed....only they scratched the door panel, console, and paint fixing the original problem. So all of that has to be replaced/touched up. And guess what....the new console was scratched too
Poor Customer Service and Communication - brschnepp
My wife and I bought a used 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with under 50,000 miles from Kearns in November of 2017. Luckily, we bought a warranty to go with the car because we have had over $5,000 worth of work done to the car, with $500 coming out of pocket. With the understanding that buying a used car comes with some risk, we expected the 115 point inspection (I believe this is the right number) to at least resolve some of the issues before the car left the lot. Within 8 days of owning the car, we are told we will need new breaks, parts are loose all over the car and countless of other issues. We have dealt with non - stop issues for the past 10 months while putting on less than average amount of miles per year on a vehicle. The real frustration stems from the lack customer service from the sales manager. We have tried numerous times to speak with and work with management on finding some sort of solution but we are constantly dealing with no one returning phone calls and unfulfilled promises of speaking with upper management. Currently, we have left several messages with no return call to the number that Kearns asks you to call when you leave a negative review.
I would urge anyone considering buying a car (new or used) to look elsewhere because of the lack of communication and follow through from management. The deal is not worth the head ache if you encounter any future problems with your car.

Purchased a new Ford Focus which I brought back within days of purchase due to transmission concerns as is typical int he Focus (2012 through 2016). Something I didn't learn about until after purchase. To be honest, we have dealt with this dealership for years and was very disappointed that they would not have given us a heads up on such an issue to begin with. However problems were identified...the response from PC Ford was that they couldn't do anything about it....it was up to corporate Ford. They told me to learn how to drive differently. it was just something I needed to get used to. When I asked for my trade in back they said not possible. when I asked to trade it in on something else I was told that the new car that I had just purchased had a $0.0 trade in value.
The rating system on this site requires at least one star....I would actually give even less if possible.
Obviously this dealership feels they owe their customers nothing...and take no responsibility for their poor service....

Took Piaggio scooter in for repair, it had under 100 miles on it. Ten days later they said it was repaired, $ 175.00 in labor, they said they cleaned carborater real good.Drove my scooter home that day and the next day it would not start! Called dealership and they said maybe needs a new carborater, they will pick scooter the next day and give me a price on a new carborator. No one ever called me back and no one picked up the scooter, what a joke, piss poor way to run a business
