Came with my middle son (12) he originally picked out the color and model , I agreed with a lease short term, never owning a ford before... after 18 months into I discussed early trade and there just wasn’t any viable options that worked for me . Last month of the lease and evaluation of my first ford I decided to buy the truck out of the lease , staff as always very polite and helpful my experience with MT Orab Ford has always been stellar and expedited. Went in and dealt with salesman Jakob Pool, thought everything was going great until he tried to switch me to a lease then said finance told him they cant run my reports. But the problem started when i noticed he took a picture of my drivers license front and back on his personal cell phone. That is not acceptable. Im looking into if that's illegal with my attorney. After that he continued to ask me my SS number a 100 times. He said i must have a freeze on my credit bureau because they cant get into any of them, so i left and went home to make sure there was no freeze or locked accounts. He told me to text him and let him know they were all unlocked, i verified it with all 3 bureaus and my reports were not frozen. I texted him that evening. The next day he called and said nope, cant get into any of them, so i called each credit bureau and verified they were available. Called jakob and he said nope still cant run your credit.
Well something is fishy at this dealership, because i just realized today that they didnt try at all, because i get alerts from all 3 bureaus and also credit karma and also my credit cards alert me when someone tries to pull a report.
So this guy didnt try at all....so what the heck is going on here??? I have a big down payment, already approved through my credit union and they dont want to sell me a car. And Jakob wont even respond to my text or calls now. Bad business practices there!
Horrible Communication! - the4minors
Over 2 weeks now that they have had my truck for repairs! Was told by a manager that we would have it by the end of last week, Friday came and went, no call. We called them on Saturday, the person that answered had no clue and said we'd hear from someone Monday or Tuesday, well both days have come and gone and still NO CALL! The manager should have at least called us to update us in how things are going - this is now actually the 3rd date they have missed on repairs for our truck!

Took Piaggio scooter in for repair, it had under 100 miles on it. Ten days later they said it was repaired, $ 175.00 in labor, they said they cleaned carborater real good.Drove my scooter home that day and the next day it would not start! Called dealership and they said maybe needs a new carborater, they will pick scooter the next day and give me a price on a new carborator. No one ever called me back and no one picked up the scooter, what a joke, piss poor way to run a business
