I recently had my vehicle (2016 A6 TDI) in for some regular service at Vin Devers Autohaus of Sylvania and I cannot say how pleased I am with their Service Department. My service consultant, Jessie Nida, is absolutely a pleasure to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. Jessie is always professional, courteous and always takes the time to answer my questions. I would also like to tip my hat to all of the service technicians for the quality and timeliness of work they perform. A very satisfied customer.

Took my "new" 14 S4 in for some basic service but mostly... - ryan
Took my "new" 14 S4 in for some basic service but mostly to get the peace of mind checkup on my first Audi. As someone who likes to do work myself as much as possible I only need a dealership for those jobs I'm scared to tackle.. it has been my experience with other dealerships "stealership" they are not fans of this and I've had bad experiences.. To give you an idea I learned first hand service advisors are commissioned workers. which means if you go to the wrong place expect to be sold unneeded services like you would a phone at radio shack :)
Admittedly from reviews online I was hesitant to trust Audi. The service advisor I spoke to Ryan however was very honest upfront and courteous. (At first)
It was clear they are not accustomed to people questioning prices but we're surprisingly forthcoming. Considering this car intimidates me a bit still, I feel comfortable at this point with their professionalism and pricing. I left feeling surprised and glad I chose Audi Cuyahoga falls.
Personally I feel Audi's l being listed as the most expensive car to own and maintain is the fault of consumers for allowing a greedy corporation to do this. 75,000 mi service included far more easy basic tasks that I would consider a maintenance courtesy then profit margin to extort from unknowing consumers. (Lubing doors etc) charging labor for spraying lithium grease is robbery.
I got the impression you're paying $650-$1,000 for an oil change and inspection + lube. (But no lube for your wallet).
Lastly and most annoying is the crappy rental. While I'm thankful to have a free loaner they certainly aren't trying to get car sales out of this. The S4 I bought was the first audi I've driven since 06. This brand new A3 feels like a dang Toyota Camry.. I would never even consider an entire A-Series car because of this rental..
Update: got quoted 1.5 hours labor for 25 minute install part. Seems like they already trying to make service hours back from me declining the 75k service. Over a 30 minute labor question, he had me waiting 20 minutes for the service manager as apparently asking a second technician to look at the installation video was "rude" as misunderstandings NEVER happen.
Wow... They came back extremely angry for asking about a 30-minute labor charge, and we're very strangely threatening to call the police on me.. trying to avoid controversy I went outside handed them their loaner key back and promptly noticed they had damaged my car!!!! Even the owner came out insulting me that I'm "not Audi material" and I should find a cheaper shop that I can afford. This was the most disrespectful, condescending and rude treatment I've ever gotten and I deal with foreign based IT support that couldn't care if I lived or died lol.
It seems their response to damaging clients cars is to call the police on you and try to avoid having to repair it.
I couldn't IMAGINE ever buying a car there, I will warn everyone I know to NEVER NEVER NEVER even walk on their lot for risk of your personal property being damaged or them just calling the police on you for not blindly spending 750 dollars to have them change your oil and spray grease in your door!!
I'm calling to report this experience to Audi USA as we speak. The service manager Kevin Bowling even had the audacity to refuse me a business card. Owner said she didn't have one. It seems they let anyone run an Audi regardless of professionalism..
Another update: It seems I'm being attacked on Facebook via fake profiles by people who appear to work for the dealership. Commenting on specifics about my interactions there like they were there...
I would be VERY SCARED if I purchased a car from these people!! They are NOT good people from the looks of it.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI TO MAG. I REPEAT DO NOT. My car was... - Jtudor11
DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI TO MAG. I REPEAT DO NOT. My car was towed in for no crank no start on 2010 audi s5. Was told baterry needed replaced and programed .A week goes by with no word. I called service, and was told an animal chewed some wires. A few more days went by, i called again and this time I was told that they weren't able to connect to the cars ECM, and they were told by corporate that it was cased from motor mount failure.? It was going to cost 3k for new mounts. I couldn't afford that so i jad the car towed to my local mechanic to have it done for cheaper. Still did not fix the car. My car is now at buyers audi, within having the car for 24 hrs they've contacted my and its needs a new ECM. So either Audi MAG were trying to get over on me or they are just completely lost at there job. Either way there's no excuse.
Great Experience - Karla1
Currently I have a 2016 Audi A5 that I have purchased and have serviced at Audi Middleburg Hts. It has always been a pleasure and they do a great job!
For the past 11 years, I have been servicing my Audi A4... - abach
For the past 11 years, I have been servicing my Audi A4 at The Audi Connection (formerly Joseph Audi). My last service visit was very disappointing. I called a week in advance to schedule my A4 for a routine service and asked for a loaner car. The service department told me that should not be a problem. I drive over two hours to have my car serviced and expected genuine customer care. I did not receive this. In fact, my sister (who was with me at the time) said she had better service at the local Pep Boys.
Upon dropping my car off, I told Lee in the service department, that I needed a new pair of wind shield wipers and reminded him I requested a loaner car. Assuming that I would get one of the six Audi loaner cars parked out front, I was told I needed to wait until the Enterprise guy came from down the street. I don't understand why I was not given an Audi loaner when I scheduled my car a week in advance. My sister and I were inconvenienced by the wait, paperwork, and inspection of the rental car during the pouring down rain.
When I came and picked up my car I asked Lee if they put my wind shield wipers on. He commented that wipers were not included in the type of service I had done unless I specifically requested them. I told him I had requested them- the first thing I told him when I arrived!
I went to pay for my service and the cashier said he had not even written down my request. I handed her my Audi discount card they sent me in the mail and she said they already discount the wipers and I would not be permitted to use the card. Why do they send out discount cards for service and parts if they do not honor them? Needless to say my wipers cost $54.00. The cashier reminded me that labor of the wipers would have been another $50.00 to have them installed! Luckily, I was not charged for this service.
I would not recommend anyone to go here. I plan on finding another Audi dealer for service. This is upsetting to me, since I have been a loyal costumer for a long time.
Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie
I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me.
This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.
