I recently purchased a new Truck from Don's. Love the truck but unfortunately the carpet kept getting wet every time I went though a wash, but no obvious leak was apparent.. I took the truck back to Don's Service Department and was really happy with the outcome. Bill (Service Manager) and Greer (Assistant Service Manager) both assured me that they would find the cause and get it fixed. The service department went through a thorough step by step process to find the leak and get it fixed. They put in several days of work tracking it down and fixing it. Bill call me several times throughout the process to keep me informed of the progress. Very Happy Customer.

I would just like to thank the folks at SVG WCH for their honest and professional service in regard to the factory recall work that my vehicle needed. I called Jerry Haag in Hillsboro three weeks ago and they said they had to order parts and would call me back...I never heard a word out of them. So I called SVG on Monday. They said it would take a couple of days and made an appointment for me for Wednesday morning! Staff was comprised of genuinely polite and courteous individuals. It was a real treat to visit this dealer/service center.

I purchased a very nice Saab from Dave Towell and regularly used the service department for all of the recommended tune ups and maintenance. I realize that Saab no longer produces vehicles and my car is now deemed old, but I have had to replace the driver's door module THREE TIMES. This means that the car is now on it's fourth module. I just paid AGAIN to have it fixed and I was hoping to get a phone call back from Tim Towell (who had been helpful in the past), but three phone calls have gone unreturned. I am not looking for a handout, I just would like an explanation as to why this is such a problem. Also, I was told that I need a new battery (it was only a year old and tested fine with the place that installed it) and that I needed new brakes despite having replaced them less a year ago. I no longer trust this service department an I am sad that the owner no longer tries to work things out with his customers

In comparison to other Cadillac dealership, the quality of customer service and amenities are extremely poor. My cadillac was towed there on a Friday evening at 5:30p and I requested a loaner car just until Monday morning and the representative stated he couldn't provide one because the timeframe would exceed there 3 day policy and also I had to be getting a more expensive service i.e. transmission repair or engine repair. I didn't received one call from the representative providing the status on my car, I had to call each time. I was told I would receive a call when the service was complete and no call. I went to pick my car up Tuesday morning hoping it was complete and the cost was a little less than $330 and I provided the representative my credit card and he asked if I needed to split it between two cards, I'm not sure why. Maybe I didn't look like I could have $300 available on one card. I asked for military discount and again they only provided it if your spending more money. LOL And last but not least, they didn't even wash or vacuum my car even though they ask me Friday and I said yes. The representative tried to use the excuse that their power was out the night before, however, I asked him when I first came in to pickup my car if it had been washed and he responded yes but said he hadn't seen it with his own eyes. At that point he should've went to check and since it hadn't been it could've gotten started while I was handling my bill. However, he chose to wait until he pulled my car around and try to apologize and ask if I wanted him to bring it back in to be wash. NOT impressed at all with the service. They seem to be focused on money so much when they need to improve the quality of service. I definitely don't enjoy investing my money into a business with poor customer service, it can sometimes be a reflection of the quality of work put into my car. I guess time will tell.

I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. They looked at it said it was my battery and the cable because they were corroded replace them and charge me $227. After leaving and making it five minutes down the road my check engine light is back on so I took it over to Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls and they said that there was no way that they actually looked at it because they found the issue within two hours and I didn’t even have an appointment there they just said they would look at it and it cost 27 bucks to replace a lever that had to deal with the turbo! I called my advisor Tom today all he told me is that he’s sorry and that he’ll have to talk to his guys. They also had my car for four days and couldn’t see that issue but the other dealership found it right away! Not happy with my experience at all and this isn’t the first time that I wasn’t happy leaving this dealership...
