Had scheduled an 8AM appointment to have air-conditioning checked. Trying calling numerous times throughout afternoon to get an update as it is almost impossible to speak directly with anyone in the service department. After I finally texted I was told at 3:30 they were starting the inspection then nothing until around 4:30 when they informed me by text they basically ran out of time so no updates until tomorrow morning. I had to cancel a doctor's appt I had tomorrow morning and needed to get car seats out for my grandkids but could not reach a soul on the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie
I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.
