I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!

Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. This vehicle was purchased new from Waikem Ford & has less than 17,000 miles. She was charged $90 for an oil change & tire rotation. The service rep also failed to deduct a $10 service coupon she presented prior to the vehicle being serviced, promising to make it up to her "next time." After speaking with her today, I can assure the Diehl management team both in Massillon & Butler PA she nor any other member of our family will patronize any of your dealerships again for service or sales. We have long supported the Waikem family of dealerships having lived in the Massillon area for over 55 years. My wife & I personally have purchased over 12 new & used cars from Waikem over the decades but no longer. Perhaps Corinna Diehl needs more stringent oversight of the Massillon operations to ensure the total lack of concern to customers is remedied but any corrective action will be too late for us.

Do not go there for service. They won't call you back and just give you the run around. I spoke with a Sales manager after calling 3 times and going up there once and he assured me I would get a phone call "today" that was yesterday. It is a warranty claim. I called him this morning and he said he was finding something out now. No call back. This is a warranty clam....

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Cochran Chevrolet's service department was a masterclass in how not to run a business. It started with my service rep, Jerry, who, after a few days, told me my car needed significant repairs, including a new thermostat and potentially a broken valve spring. Throughout the initial back-and-forth text updates, I repeatedly confirmed they would work with my Car Shield warranty. After about a week, the story took a sharp turn when I reached out for an update and was answered by the service manager, Angela Rupert. She informed me that Jerry was on vacation and that, actually, my car just had some carbon buildup. Then came the kicker: she claimed they didn't accept Car Shield, a fact that was conveniently ignored the entire time my car was there. Fed up with the conflicting stories, I told her to stop all work and that I would pay for the diagnostic labor and take my car. When I arrived, Angela Rupert proved to be one of the nastiest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My car was sitting outside, yet she refused to give me my keys because I was "visibly upset." She never once offered an apology for the contradictory information. Instead, she became incredibly defensive, claiming I was disparaging "her" business and condescendingly suggesting I must have misunderstood the situation. As someone who has built a 34-year career in business-to-business financial sales—where listening and understanding are critical—this was particularly insulting. In a bizarre attempt to silence me, she said she would charge me nothing so I couldn't complain to the BBB or the Attorney General. After a heated exchange where she falsely claimed my car wasn't ready (I was literally looking at it), I finally got my keys and left. The final insult? I drove up the street, turned my car off, and it wouldn't start again. My battery, which was only two weeks old, was completely dead. They had to jump it just to move it and never said a word. This dealership's service department is a circus of incompetence and deception. Jerry and Angela Rupert are a disservice to the Cochran name. I will be sharing this story far and wide and have already filed complaints. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
