I worked with both James and Josh while buying my Mercedes E350. Nice, clean car with a couple very minor issues (to be expected in a 2008) but they worked with me on the price very easily. I paid cash so I didn't encounter the financing process. It's a small shop but it does what it needs to do and I'm very happy with the car and the experience. I'll be back next time I need something. Wasn’t crazy about speaking to someone not even at dealership. Was expecting to meet with person I was talking to. When arrived at dealership a unknown person stepped in. Felt like I was being bate and switched and someone else would get the sales commission and not the person I had been talking to. So my salesperson and me got off to a distrusting and rocky start. He was able to overcome my distrust and sale went smoothly. Thanks

I had gotten my first vehicle at the wooster JDBYRIDER Car lot a couple of weeks ago. And the engine light come on. I Had it scheduled to go in to have it checked, thinking it was only going to be an easy fix. It ended up being a big deal. The engine was shot. I was stressing out and thinking, "what I was going to do". And JDByrder team contacted me and assured me all would be alright. I went in and picked out another vehicle and I drove it for 4 days and I was heading to work and the transmission went out of my second new vehicle. I was able to make it home and I contacted them the next day and they again said they would help me and make all work out. Well, once again I was stressing out.
