Chaz and Amy made the experience very fulfilling. I had credit issues,and went in to jdbnow a few months ago. Chaz told me as much as he wanted to help he couldn't at the time. 3 months later he never gave up and invited me back in, we did a remote application so I didn't have to waste my time coming in. He called me after the process and said he could get me in a vehicle. I went in today August 29 2025 and drove a 2018 jeep Cherokee off the lot. If I know anyone in my situation I will definitely send them to jdb Amherst.

Brought my F-150 in for the Works oil change special and recall on the PCM. I was waited on quickly. I was glad I had an $20 discount since prices have gone up. Thanks for having that available. All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.
