Bart is the best service manager I've worked with during - Sue Kara

Bart is the best service manager I've worked with during the past 10 years I've had my 2 Mazda vehicles serviced. He goes over the inspection report, explaining recommendations so I'm aware of maintenance work. If repairs are needed there isn't high pressure to have them done immediately. He provides a written estimate. When scheduling, if requested, a loaner car has been provided. Lastly my cars are ready as promised and washed.

I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.

Attentive sales person who did not pressure us. - dfindsen

Attentive sales person who did not pressure us. I noticed some very nice exotic sports cars way above my price range which definitely makes this dealership unique. I didn't feel judged looking for a low end used car

My wife and I were impressed with how easy the - FTB513

My wife and I were impressed with how easy the transaction was. No pushy salespeople. They let us check out the car on our own terms. We ended up with a 2017 Toyota Highlander and did the financing they offer. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to have a sales guy breathing down your neck for every decision. Thanks again.

Jimmy Van Dyke was the agent who helped us find a car for - rsutherland2

Jimmy Van Dyke was the agent who helped us find a car for my daughter. I was very pleased with his help. When we inquired about a car that was listed online, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. During our visit he put us at ease and went over every detail of the car thoroughly. When I asked probing questions, he did not shy away from answering those that he could and did more research to assuage our concerns. I never felt any pressure to close the deal quickly. I appreciated his patience with us and his professionalism. It was a good shopping experience.

I recently bought a Honda pilot and the customer service - Angelic Bowlin

I recently bought a Honda pilot and the customer service was through the roof. They were very polite and patient due to me buying my first vehicle. They helped me with financing so I could leave with the car that day. The car I got exceeded my expectations given it's a used car. When I drove it for the first time it felt like a brand new one. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at Coughlin Kia of Lewis - rbsoh76

We had a fantastic experience at Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center while purchasing our 2026 Kia Seltos LX. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and completely at ease. The entire process was smooth, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Our salesman, Karim, was outstanding. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and never once made us feel pressured. Instead of pushing a sale, he focused on helping us find the right fit for our needs. That made a huge difference and turned what can often be a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. We truly appreciated the friendly, low-pressure environment and the level of care we received. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you like family and values your comfort throughout the process, we highly recommend Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center—especially Karim.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. - Imalcala2001

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. They provided me an awesome car! It was exactly what I wanted, but it was in great condition and for a fair price. There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.

The only issue I have had with them is that they told me - jenniferhowdyshell25

The only issue I have had with them is that they told me they were waiting on parts to come in for it which they did and told me they would contact me when the car was ready to test drive which was supposed to be 3 days ago I but still have not heard from them.

Took there time and showed me the cars I was asking about - areubk

My car broke down and I was recommended to this dealership from others. When i arrived with my needs the salesman picked out several cars and let me drive them and answered questions for me. They seemed very concerned in helping me, and I drove home in my new used 2016 Focus. Thanks guys for everything
