Just got back from my appointment to have “The Works” done on my 2017 Ford F-250 that I bought from their dealership. Very, very disappointed in their service department. I was the almost 3 hours getting my oil changed and tires rotated. There was only two other people there getting service during the time I was there. Not busy! No excuse!! Their service department just plain sucks! It’s a joke!! Talked to a couple salesman there and they couldn’t believe it. I’ve been there almost 2 hours in the past waiting but never this long. It’s getting worse and worse. The sales department is pretty good. I would rate them a 4 or 5. The service department about 0-1. The guy at the service desk got back from lunch and couldn’t believe I was still there. He pulled some strings and got my service free of charge. I appreciated that. Whoever was working on my truck should be fired immediately ! Makes the service department look bad. I keep saying I’m never going back but because of my warranty I have to. Part of the deal of the extended warranty . That’s where they get ya. If you go there for service you better allow plenty of extra time and have plenty of patience.
