Outstanding Service - Elisa
I worked with Josh in the service department. He had just started as the service manager, so he was still learning the ins and outs of everything. Josh was spectacular to work with, he kept me up to date on everything going on with my auto while it was getting the oil change and transmission flush. He went above and beyond to help me and i truly appreciate it!

I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were with this dealership today. We traveled 2.5 hrs after making an appointment to see a very specific car (2016 Acura MDX Advance $35k). We did all of our prework with Katelynn and Brennan, to include financing lined up, to make sure we could come home with this car. We have very busy schedules. We were told it was detailed and certified since it was a newly received car. They sent pictures to us that DID NOT include the large scratch on the driver seat and a large fender scratch that had been painted over. The car was not detailed and dirty inside. I am in shock with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service that include completely wasting our time. There wasn’t even an apology from a manager. Out of town buyers beware.
