Best Car Buying Experience we have ever had. - TBerry
My wife and I were in Bartlesville looking at another dealership for a Chrysler Town & Country but they had to bring the vehicle from out of town. We drove by Patriot and spotted a 2017 Pacifica that my wife liked and Nathan Miller met us took us on a test drive. The car was fine and the lifetime warranty was a major selling point. We had already arranged financing, but Nathan convinced us that he could beat the financing deal. His manager, Brian did beat the deal by over $100.00 per month. My wife drove her Pacifica home that night. Patriot gave us a fantastic experience due to the personnel. Between the people, the lifetime warranty and the financing, this was the most positive car buying experience of our lives.

Best car buying experience ever! Our salesman, Jamie, was the most down to earth, honest, and professional car salesman we've ever met. After the sale was done, he spent close to an hour showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle, describing everything in detail (despite the dealership actually being closed for an hour). No pushy people here trying to jam unnecessary add ons down your throat. No smoke and mirrors here, and nobody trying to pay their entire mortgage off on one sale. Can't say enough good things about the dealership and Jamie, the salesman.

I was visiting relatives and I had concerns about my car. Automax took my car right in when I needed to have it looked at by a technician. Diagnosed my car and surprised me that my 4 year old hybrid was still under warranty. No charge for the diagnosis. The service writer gave me peace of mind when I drove back to the east coast. Test Drive Scam - Bill C
I visited the dealer's web site and was notified that they were giving away $40 gift cards for doing a test drive. I had previously done this promotion about 9 months ago. After completing the test drive the salesman informed me I did not qualify for the gift card as the system showed IO had done this in the previous year. I showed him on the form where it states you could not have done this in the past 6 months in writing. I still have not received the gift card. This is what I call a scam and reflects poorly on this dealer. I will not recommend any dealer (or any other business) which is misrepresenting facts.

Alex Sharp made my experience in the dealership a great one. Great conversation and professionalism from the man. He got me a better deal than the pre-approved loan, that I walked in with, and that was even with an upgraded model of the car I was originally looking at.
Slight hiccup after the sale, but that was cleared up pretty quickly. You can rest assured that Alex Sharp and James Hodge Hyundai keep their word and will fulfill their end of the bargain.

Edmond Hyundai scammed me out of $350 worth of repairs that should’ve be covered by warranty. The company failed to submit my repair bill to the warranty department purposely so I would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Then they did not fix the issue and I had to bring my car back in once again less than 6 months later for the same issue. Needless to say my warranty expired because they would not return my phone calls and kept giving away my appointments! After 2 weeks of trying to get the car fixed and calling multiple times with no response I eventually had to pick up my car since they would not fix it and wanted me to pay an additional $700 for repairs covered under my warranty! Edmond Hyundai workers are rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills at all. Take head and never go there
