If anyone is looking for a car or a service facility DO NOT use POST OAK TOYOTA MIDWEST CITY.
After our daughter had the camry towed to Post Oak from breaking the key in the ignition.
I get a text from Zach Johnson saying we have your car click the link for your estimate.
Ignition Key $396.89
Oil Change $59.95
Cabin Air Filter $44.95
Engine Air Filter $32.95
I call and ask what is wrong with the axle?......The key broke in the ignition? He said this is what we found, we have thorough diagnostics....blah blah blah
Little did he realize Josh has a warranty on the axle from the dealership right next door at Hudiberg.
So fix everything EXCEPT the axle until we make sure they will honor the warranty.
After 2 months, of NUMEROUS texts and calls between Zach in service, he referred me to Morgan Iowke, his manager.
I get a text from Morgan Iowke today, to call him.
He says I have a deal for you. I went ahead and knocked off the cost of the Axle, sorry for all the confusion.
Your total is $1,324.04.
Should it be closer to the $500's?
He began to tell me when I told his mechanic via text" to do everything except the axle" that it meant all the above plus......
Collant Flush $184.12
Transmission Flush $249.95
Front Brake Pads/Rotors $199.95
Bulb for License Plate $26.70
So after a 2 month hold out you finaly agree to honor the warranty on the parts. In return I owe you an additional $660.76...meaning on top of $464.79 , because you think you can take my words out of context? You really think everything except, means you can add whatever you want?
Morgan Iowke, Service Manage of Post Oak Toyota-MidWest City informs me I have to
-Get an attorney & proceeds to tell me..."if that's the case this conversations ended"
-Forfit the car to the dealership......
Josh hops in the car and drives to Midwest City and gets there 10 minutes before closing thinking if I am reasonable Morgan Iowke will be reasonable and Josh explains he has never been contacted on any of this. The Dealer even wrote the estimate in Josh's name but has never contacted him? This has been unethical and at this point illegal. But he agreed to paying for the brakes and bulb, because safety is important but the flushes are a no go.....
Mr Morgan informed him he now owes $1670 and our 2011 Camry with 1/4 million miles on it is being locked in their facility until we pay Juice Money.......

I took my Lexus for an oil change, when I came back from... - elvito
I took my Lexus for an oil change, when I came back from the dealer I noticed there was oil dripping from the engine. I called them back and I was told to take the Lexus back to the dealership. After changing the filter all the residual oil left wasn't cleaned at all, causing several issues 1. My garage floor now has oil on it that I have to clean, I have to call my job because I will be late, I have to call the babysitter early and pay extra, I have to expend another hour or my time going back and forward to the dealer, oil was spread all over the underneath of my Lexus, and the list goes on and on. One of the policies of this dealership is "to do it right the first time", I wonder if the employees ever read it. Very disappointing service just because someone is not doing his/her job the way they should.
Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldn't... - rkdennison
Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldn't take my roller skates to this place for repair. A simple tire balance job turned into the service tech having to take my truck back into the shop for rework after it was initially finished because there was a major disconnect on what needed to be done. Then they tried to charge me double the amount I was initially quoted, stripped one of my socket head screws for my center cap, scratched and scuffed my wheels in numerous places and left the old sticky tire weight adhesive all over my wheels that I had to wash off myself. I was so disappointed in every aspect of my visit to this dealership I called back and spoke to the service drive manger. He asked me to send him a text of some pictures and a description of what had happened so he could review. I never heard back from him so I called a few days later to see what they were going to do to make things right. He told me that he was going to have the other service manager call me to discuss. Its been almost a week and I have still never heard a word from them and my truck still has vibration in the front tires. In short the whole experience was unprofessional, inadequate, unsatisfactory and a complete fail and I will never set foot in this place again.
05/06/21 - Update:
The service manager at Fowler Toyota has reached out to me and has addressed the situation and apologized for the mishap. He was polite, honest and above all sincere about what had happened and I appreciate someone who will take on a difficult situation and handle it in a professional and responsible manner. Thanks Matt

After a wreck our insurance company suggested Bill Knight collision repair as it was one of their "preferred" shops. Ignorantly, we followed the insurance carriers advice instead of doing research and selecting a shop on our own. The repairs were first promised to be complete within 10 days. It actually took 23 days, a lot of frustration, and serious bouts of high blood pressure, before we finally got our car back. During that time we were promised six different completion dates, followed by a multitude of excuses for the various delays. We had issues over the parts that were used, the promised "life time" warranty that actually does not exist, and an issue with painting. Our experience over this three week process is best described as a nightmare. The level of incompetence was simply staggering. Had it not been so frustrating, the multitude of delays would have been comical. It became my habit to wait by the phone, on the date(s) the car was supposed to be finished, to see what the next excuse would be for another delay. On the final day, after we were told the car was ready to be picked up, we traveled to the shop to find the replaced wheels on the car were not correct. The wheels on the driver side of the car were dramatically different than the wheels on the passenger side. Needless to say, my opinion about Bill Knight Collision could not be worse. We are a "Ford" family, but we will never step foot on Bill Knight's dealership again. Not to buy a vehicle and certainly not to have repairs made to any vehicle.

Brought car in for hail damage repair in July. Still cannot get any answer when I can get my vehicle back. Going into 4 months now for $7,000 repair-something is seriously wrong with this horrible shop. This has created an untenable hardship on me to not have my vehicle for this long. May lose my job if I continue to miss work because of no vehicle. I will tell everyone I can about my unbelievable bad experience.
I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did... - leslynn0802
I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did right was my oil change. I needed new tires. I went to Doenges in May of 2019. I was told multiple times by their front service cashier, Olivia, that these exact tires were covered by road hazard warranty. And she AGAIN told me this when I was getting in my car to leave with the four new tires on my car. She also told me that as long as I went to Doenges it would be covered. Fastforward to today, March 13 of 2020. My tire is needing to be aired up twice a week. I go to Doenges after I get off work. I just wanted them to patch my tire. ONLY to find out that there are MULTIPLE small holes in it and they’re not able to patch, or fix it. They REFUSED. They gave me a price for ONE new tire instead. When I asked about my warranty they couldn’t even pull up my receipt from the sale of the tires. They only were able to look at the part with the part Humber, as I’m told by Megan and Rich. Now I’m doing to have to buy ANOTHER tire for my car when the new tires are still NEW! IM FURIOUS! But don’t take into account the fact that I was TOLD that I had the warranty before I drove off their lot. And now they’re saying that they didn’t get my tires from a Toyota supplier and only Toyota vendor supplied tires are covered . I’m outraged, beyond livid. I will NEVER go back to Doenges. You have literally lost a customer. First of all, honesty is best. And if you can’t honor what you tell customers what makes us think that you’re being honest with your work? I will not be recommending this Toyota to anyone. Also, I have family who work in multiple Toyotas. So there’s that. I will be taking my car and my business elsewhere. What. A. Disgrace. You’re establishment is the worst and I hope many people see this and help them turn away from your business. Honestly, don’t trust this Toyota. Seriously.

On vacation. Just had my Toyota serviced about 28 hours... - Not Happy
On vacation. Just had my Toyota serviced about 28 hours ago in Virginia. Tire pressure warning light came on the drive. Called this dealership. Told them we were traveling through OK and the tire pressure warning light was on again. The guy said come in we’ll check it. Go thirty minutes out of the way, get there, the guy said it would be a 2 hour wait to check the tires! Did not even offer to check the pressure! Really!? Recommended we take our car, that’s under warranty, down the street and get a tire shop to look at it!!! Very frustrating!!!!
Once I entered into the service garage, greeted by... - Deb
Once I entered into the service garage, greeted by Michael very professional and escorted me to the service agent that was handling my maintenance paperwork which was TJ. TJ very professional in going over my service order, very knowledgeable with all aspects of maintenance that was going to be done on my SUV and explained everything to me along with the cost, plus talked to me about if other issued arises he would talk to me before any cars work performed. TJ also said explained to me that my next maintenance service is major 60,000 miles and what all is required which was good so I would know ahead what the specter price would be without having surprises. As I waited in the service lounge I noticed how all the service agents work as a team, Sha service manager was out there to assist any service agent when needed. The service department staff wore mask, maintained the social distancing while ensuring their customers still received the best customer service. 100% great service!
