I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Cabender. Conner was the first associate that helped me find my first car there. I loved her. She was great. My second car purchase was from Paco. I would've asked for Conner, but she worked at a different location. But Paco was awesome! I have never enjoyed car shopping because I always got the typical car salesman that nobody wants. Conner and Paco were nothing like that. They were personable, funny, and truthful. The finance people were also very nice and and not salesmanish or pushy. Jacob was the second one I dealt with , I don't remember the first financing person's name though. I will keep going back here when we need a car!

I recently returned to Subaru to upgrade my 2024 Forester to the 2025 Forester! Lucky for me I met Jake Pry! First of all he offered me any sister bottles of water! Then down to business! I told him what I wanted- a quieter Forester! We walked the lot but did not find the identical Forester that I preferred. Rather than waste time Jake drove the hunted to see how I liked it, the quietness and the better mileage. A lovely car, but I prefer gas powered cars! So Jake again took me for a drive in a 2025 Forester ( but not my color) to see the difference between my 2024 car and the hybrid! There is a good difference! We went the office to talk and find the color car I wanted. One was scheduled to come in the next week! We did the paperwork, more water, and Jake answered all my concerns and those of my sister. Jake was the ideal sales person you would want to have! He was polite, courteous, aware of our needs ( water and snacks) and very aware of the waiting time to talk with the finance person ( who was also great) and aware of the waiting time for the new car to be delivered. He explained everything thoroughly and we felt very much at ease! He has a very pleasant personality and is not pushy. And again very aware of our needs! This whole experience was very pleasant. The new car arrived the following week. Jake called me and set up a time for the pickup! It was like being back with a good friend. We sat in the car while he explained some of the newer features on the new larger screen. Now I’m a happy driver in my new car and very happy with the excellent service and special person Jake who helped me so much!!! Thank you, Subau!

We were traveling through the OKC area and encountered alert messages. I called and was directed to the dealership where Devon in the service department read the codes, communicated with a service manager, explained the issues and released the codes all within 15 minutes. We were able to continue our journey with confidence and a plan for follow-up when we return home. Excellent customer service!
