We brought our 2015 Fiat into Lithia Fiat of Eugene OR for service and to get an estimate for fixing the dash lights. Well the service department was wonderful, not only did we get our Fiat serviced in record time but we were contacted in the waiting room to ensure we were comfortable while waiting. We were also offered a snack for free. The service people were great, a part was needed to fix our dash lamps and they took all the necessary information down so they could order the necessary parts to repair our dash lights, now we are simply looking forward to a time when the dealer and us can get the parts installed.
