Outstanding customer service - CindyA27
My salesman was Daniel Roman and he was courteous and very professional from the minute we met. He answered every question I had and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership for anyone interested in buying from Bennett Infiniti.
I have nothing kind to say. - Dogmom
I have been with with dealership for 3 years and it has not been a positive experience. It is hard to make a appointment for repair. Calls are not returned. Sales experience was very poor.I had an appointment to look at a possible new car and the people i had and appointment with were not around.
Made car-buying a pleasure - noscreenname
Thaddeus Meyers and Nicki Landis were just great to work with. I appreciate their patience and professionalism. Faulkner is fortunate to have people like this as the face of their organization.
Excellent Dealer - CarBuyer
Shout outs to Jake, Rebecca and Amanda. We have purchased three cars from Infiniti of West Chester and are very pleased with sales and service. Highly recommend!
No hassles - vdinicola
Amazing and professional service! Jeff Comin our Sales Representative and Mark Tomeo Finance Manager helped make my daughters first buying experience a pleasure. No hassles non-pushy professionals.
Steer clear! Awful! - Pooh531610
Purchased a certified infinity, which clearly was never certified. Within the first 24 hours, I had to put air in the tires. The interior of the vehicle smelled like vomit. Passenger door was off the hinge, gas gauge not functioning properly, steering was terrible, loud rubbing noise from under drivers seat, acclerated while braking, no caps on stems, seatbelts don’t tighten, lift gate only opens partially, leaking fluids (driveway is stained) Was brought back to be serviced a few weeks after purchasing. Service sept filled my tires with air, fixed door hinge, fixed fan under driver seat that was shot. Although they were advised my tires were leaking air daily and the steering was terrible, they never checked the wheels! Had they have checked they would have seen my wheels were all corrosion and rust! Not something you would expect from a certified vehicle, but then again you would also expect the door to be on the hinge! Literally took kost tire minutes to diagnose after I explained the issues. After they scraped the corrosion and rust and buffed, they had to seal the tires. Total bs that one I was sold this and 2 you they never checked when it was brought back to be serviced for those issues! Quite frankly I was tired of going for air every 2 days in bitter temps! The steering was so bad, highway driving was dreadful! I would be all over the road trying to fight the steering! Luckily no one was hurt! Tire pressure would be at 31 one day then the following day I would be down to 12-15! Car also needed an alignment, which even after it was brought back to be serviced they didn’t do! I have to count days when I get gas. The gauge changes by the minute. I could get home and have 100 miles of gas left, go back out and it says zero miles! definitely not a certified vehicle! Bennett also changes the wording on all of their ads due to the fact Tim lies to me about the warranty on a certified vehicle. I have leased cars for the past 10-15 years. I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to buy this time or lease again. BIG mistake! Do your research on your own! Nothing but lies and neglect! After purchasing 30 plus cars, this dealership wins the award of the worst dealership by a landslide! I have never had a bad experience until now! If I could give it zero stars, I would in a heartbeat! Totally disgusted
Worst customer service - vkotamraju
If there was anything worse than 1 star, I would give it as a rating for this business.
I was given a written confirmation confirming the credit for damage fee and disposition fee waiver from Ardmore Infiniti that was agreed to during the time of signing my lease with them.
After 3 months of signing my lease, I received a letter from Infiniti Finance that includes pending charges worth 797$ that includes disposition fee and damages.
I approached the dealership and explained the situation, sent them all the documents I had along with the written confirmation they gave me.
I have attempted to reach the Finance Manager Nick Magolda and General Manager Mark Harrington numerous times since March 2019 till today but unfortunately haven’t been able to get a hold of them or have them respond to the outstanding issue. Very unprofessional attitude by both General Manager Mark Harrington And Finance manager Nick Magolda. Let alone providing an update on status of an outstanding issue, they do not even respond to calls or emails.
Now after almost 5 months of receiving the letter, Infiniti Finance sent my account for debt collection. It ruined my credit history for no fault of mine and it is very upsetting.
They shouldn’t have promised an offer that they can’t honor. I don’t understand what kind of a customer service ethics this business has.
I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are looking to buy/ lease an infiniti, please look for another dealership. I’ve heard good things about the one in west Chester and I personally had good experience with Infiniti at willow grove for my previous lease.
