First and foremost the customer service was excellent. The women who helped me from my initial call was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Every employee I encountered was pleasant and polite. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and informed what was going to happen next. I was given a detailed print out of the issues and it was explained to me as well. I was given options, but since I was coming from NH I needed immediate attention to my brakes and the work was completed in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done, customer service, and overall cleanliness of the entire facility and would consider driving from NH again for scheduled service.
