I was "Strongly Satisfied" with my experience in purchasing my 2021 Infiniti QX50. First of all - the Sales Manager Chris Feralio was exceptional! He never applied any pressure during his interactions with me; he was very customer service oriented/customer friendly; he was very professional and knowledgeable! Additionally, Jeremy Rodriquez, the Finance Manager, was great as well. He took his time in explaining financial matters to me and was able to do so in lay-persons' terminology. Again, I was indeed "Strongly Satisfied" with my overall experience at Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove.

Quality of Work: Replaced ECU, 2 Sub wire harnesses & 1 injector relay. The parts replaced can't be seen or inspected by owner due to their locations, so as long as they don't go bad again the quality of this work performed would be excellent. However the question of the quality of the original build of the vehicle has now come into question. Wiring should never be a issue. Sill 5 star for quality for now.
Friendliness: Very very good. 5 star I'm sure this is a hiring requirement for all Service Advisors working for Infinity Dealerships.
Price: Again as stated before $4000 is a lot of money for a repair for bad wiring or poor workmanship during the original build of the vehicle. I have looked on forums and many QX56 owners are experiencing this issue. Unacceptable.

I had an issue with vibration of the tires on my Q70L. They ran some tests on my car and determined, that the issue were the Michelin tires. They replaced the tire and the issue was resolved. Thanks taking care of this issue.

Jim the general manager was great. Total professional and best gm I ever met in a dealership. Bought a car same day amazing deal. I really appreciated the level of service and honesty I got from the moment I walked in. Dustin was great with wrapping up some of the paperwork and Ashley was very patient with us moving everything from our car to the new car and had no issue waiting past hours. Amazing group of people overall.
