Couldn't be happier with my experience at Bennett and with Emilio, my salesperson. I came in late on a Saturday afternoon, test drove a Q50 and walked out an hour later the proud owner of a new car. Emilio was very nice, didn't pressure me, answered all my questions, and worked with me to put me in the right vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at Infiniti's.

Leased a new Q50s and while I love the car and its performance, my experience with this dealer left a lot to be desired. I was very quick and easy to make the deal, prepared to sign the lease with exactly what I needed and the salesman did not provide any service at all. I left the dealership to get my daughter from school on time, and the salesman promised to come to my home to over the features of of the vehicle. This never happened. I called to schedule a time and he never got back to me. Also, I traded in my previous vehicle and was told the rear sun visors for my children would be returned to me and this never occurred. The inspection stickers expired two month after I left the lot with the vehicle, this has never happened to me with a new car. When I called to inquire about this, I was not treated professionally by the woman in charge of this and she never called me back. Most recently, my daughter and I hit a pothole and the front tire went flat. When I checked to see if there was a spare or donut, there was none. I was never made aware of this by the dealer and this seems like something important to tell your customers; especially those like myself with small children and expecting a child. When you pay $55,000 for a car, you expect a donut unless you are told otherwise, or told about features of the tires that allow you to drive on them flat, which we were not. I will certainly seek another Infiniti dealer in the future.

Within the last two months my husband and I have purchased both our cars from Infiniti of Ardmore! We are absolutely in love with the cars we got. Not only does this location have an unbelievable selection of vehicles but the service is amazing! We did shop around at other dealerships to see every option but the other places didn’t compare. We went right back to Infiniti and found our cars. My husband got the Infiniti Q50 and I got the Nissan Rouge SUV. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in buying a car to go to this Infiniti dealership! The sales consultant that helped both me and my husband was Mike Lewis. He was professional and really nice. Most importantly he was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and what we could afford. We are so happy with Infiniti and I know anyone else who shops there will feel the same way!
Not honest ! - Upset
So I was shopping for a Q50 Sport for quite a while. Thought I finally found a deal after the long painful search that most of us used car shoppers go through. I talked to a Shauna Willen, there website sales representative. Thought all was good and communicated the news to friends and family that the search was over and I got a fair deal. Only to receive a call 1 hour before there closing time that the vehicle was transferred for sale at another dealer. This was after I locked in the deal by giving Shauna my credit card number at 1:30 pm. She called back at 2:20 stating that the credit card was not going through ( complete bull) so I called my highly reputable Credit card company to ask if there had been any attempt by Infinity of West Chester to process a down payment to hold the vehicle. My Credit card company had said no.... at this point I contacted Shauna. No response until a 1/2hour before they closed, only to tell me that it was shipped to another dealer for a sale. A sale that I had locked in with a Shauna Willen at what a complete waste of my time and effort. I know business is business, but this was unreal. I would not recommend Infinity of West Chester to anyone.. Not a big review person, but don’t want other people to make the same mistake I have made by putting my trust in them !
