Exceptional Customer Service - Ray
Brought my 2012 Audi A6 for tires and to replace an oil pressure sensor. Dealt with a service writer named George Kling. Very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He was willing to go the extra mile by explaining in depth what was involved with the service I was receiving. Really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They even gave me a last minute loaner so I could go run an errand during the service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in Bucks county driving an Audi.

While I was not crazy about my salesperson who was new and did not stay long, the service here has always been fantastic. They are polite, accommodating, kind, responsive- and I've been extremely happy with everything about them after the sale. If your audi needs service, these folks are great!

Excellent Service - Kelsey
Excellent customer service. Quick estimate made upon arrival and friendly staff. My car had significant damage and looked back to brand new when completed. The team made a stressful experience a little bit easier.

I have never had the pleasure of buying a new vehicle... - menglert
I have never had the pleasure of buying a new vehicle from Cochran Audi due to cost of the A7, S7 and RS7, but the Service Department takes Stellar care of all 3 of the 7 Series fleet we own. Paul, Patrick and Mary Joe make every effort to accommodate my schedule and understand any concern I may have with either car.
Pay a lot for your Audi and expect the service of a... - broken96vw
Pay a lot for your Audi and expect the service of a luxury brand? Not here. $65k car with 7500 miles on it. Rear parcel shelf B&O sub buzzing like a beehive. Drop it off to have that fixed and after 3.5 hours of felt tape repair it's still there. I call to get that fixed again along with a leaking water pump that is a known problem with these cars. I'm told they only give loaners if you bought from them. So I'm off to another dealer. This is the first I've heard where a brand new car from a luxury German brand will not give you a loaner if they need your car for a few days as "it's company policy at Ciocca to only give loaners for cars bought here." My Ford truck I bought in California and have never been denied a loaner. I bought my Honda in Johnstown and was given a loaner. My VW I bought in Tennessee and was given a loaner (at another dealership).
I've always had a great experience at Audi Allentown... - Rebekah
I've always had a great experience at Audi Allentown however I recently moved out of the area and was still able to call Scott in the service department who was able to assist me over the phone and answer all my questions. Thank you for always going above and beyond and taking the time to help me understand my car! It is very much appreciated
I will not be back- here’s why - Murf
It is not an every day occurrence for me to write about an experience and give a dealership review. We purchased four new Audi vehicles at this Wynnewood dealership over the past four years. It is an awesome building, convenient location and the vehicles have a flair.
My problem is with service, not sales. Debby in sales would do anything for her buyers but her super powers can’t extend to service or management.
My experience in service was problematic because the dealership, which handled all repairs and even body work when we were hit, was just unresponsive and returned our vehicle in unsafe condition. We picked up our vehicle from service to find that the car was totally out of alignment. Driving at highway speeds was dangerous. The car was obviously not road tested. This is the car that my son and daughter drive. That wasn’t acceptable.
I brought it back and it was at the dealership for forty (yes 40) days. We didn’t have a loaner either during this time. We couldn’t get any response from anybody as to what was happening and after a month I had to get the GM involved. An employee introduced to me as the “top tech” at the dealership indicated that he did “everything he could” but he was unable to fix the issue. Again, that is unacceptable.
During my ordeal, I met another car owner with his car at Audi Wynnewood for over a month. He was also furious that he was left in the dark and there was no end in sight. He visited the GM at the dealership before I did. A month is a long time to have a car and it is a simple process to call a client to keep them in the loop. It is inexcusable to ignore the customer.
Instead of assuring me that my car is a priority and my business is important to them, the GM wrote to me that most people are happy with service and this was a random and unusual circumstance for service. Great point Kostas! Like that made me want to continue doing business with you!
If I was the owner and learned that I lost a four time buyer, I would be pissed.
Please remember that a warranty is only as good as the company servicing the product. I am done with this individual dealership and the other multiple mmco auto dealerships. I felt totally disrespected. Audi Wynnewood worked to lose my business.

Worst service department ever. This place used to be great but has rapidly and gone downhill. You couldn’t pay me to use this place again. The service department is a joke. The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.

I brought a car from them recently and in two weeks it cost me almost 1300.00 dollars in repairs. Warranty company doesn’t pay and owner's word is not honorable😡
Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market.... - Germanjunk
Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market. $2200 for a 40k checkup on a S6 which is replacing spark plugs. Joke. Don’t buy or get your car serviced here. They will treat you like xxxx and bleed you dry because their cars are as reliable as a millennial showing up for work.

I always have a great experience with Holman. This is the reason why I left Sloane Audi. The customer experience with Holman is always first class. I even spent some time speaking to the front desk receptionist and she was absolutely lovely.

This place is a joke...I understand Audi is a premium brand but $200 for an oil change alone is a rippoff not to mention it took 3 hours for that...good thing I only go to this place once a year or I would be broke by now...maybe I'll give Audi of Allentown a try next time.

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000.
I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total.
I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
Nightmare-Horrible Service - Shazaam
Nightmare experience, horrible service-had my car in 4 times - they act as if they are doing you a favor. Worst experience ever. They won't give you a survey you aren't happy, that is how they keep all their awards.
Awful Service, Destruction Technicians - ryantyree
I would give this dealership zero stars but that is not an option. Below is the detail surrounding my miserable experience with this dealer.
This dealership had my 2010 Audi Q5 in their shop twice for a CEL showing a misfire in cylinder 2. They had my vehicle for 17 days during the 2nd visit only to call and tell me my vehicle needed a new engine but were unable to tell me what was wrong with it. Quoted me 10k and 16k for a used engine with some form of warranty or 24k for a brand new engine. If you are unable to tell me the problem there is no way I'm agreeing to a new engine. Brought the car home and had it worked on by a mom and pop shop. Found that the dealership had cross threaded the #2 cylinder plug and galled the threads on the cylinder head. The mechanic had to use a helical thread insert to perform the repair. Also found that the crankshaft positioning sensor was bad. A few hours labor (primarily to fix the Audi dealerships abuse) and a 31$ crankshaft positioning sensor from Auto Zone and my car was back on the road.
I'll never go back to this dealer. In fact, I'll never own another Volkswagen product since this is the expertise I can expect from their technicians. They even had an inquiry out with Audi technical support on the 2nd visit (or so I'm told) and they were not able to diagnose the issue. Can't figure out the problem, recommend a new engine...Absolutely crazy that they even felt this was acceptable.
CUSTOMER BEWARE! Not only do unqualified technicians work in the service department of this dealership but they are also careless with their work. Stripping the threads on an engine head is an absolute NO-NO. Doing so and not telling the customer is pathetic to say the least. I highly recommend you take your Audi somewhere else to be serviced but more so recommend that you stay away from the brand altogether. Corporate technical support wasn't able to diagnose the 31$ issue so I'm hard pressed to believe they could diagnose a more severe problem.
Horrible customer service experience. - deanrob101
Absolutely horrible experience and subpar level of customer service. They sent wrong part number and then entered into a nightmare scenario trying to get correct part sent out to me. Customer service was absolutely useless and after speaking to 4 different agents in 2 countries was no closer to any resolution of my issue. Finally, just drove to AutoZone and picked up correct part; it was a little more expensive, but well worth it considering the amount of time and hassle I experienced trying to work with Auto Parts Warehouse. Good reminder that you truly get what you pay for and that sometimes it well worth paying a little extra.
