Had a really bad Tuesday with customer product onboard my Sprinter and the engine was a no go. Had to have the van towed to Motorworld and only needed a battery. I was able to get the van back with a new battery and some extra work done in under the amount of time quoted. Very pleased with the results and happy to have my baby back on the road.

Their waiting area is fantastic too: nice ceramic coffee mugs, water, Keurig coffee machine and even little bite-sized pastries! I felt very pampered and valued.

This place is a joke if I could I wouldn’t give you any stars !!! I have bought 2 vehicles from you and will NEVER be back!!! Let’s see where do I start ... The 2020 Chevy Silverado that I bout from you is only I year old and we have had to bring it back to the shop way more then we should have and the issues we are having with it is still not fixed ! ( back up camera, taking off by its self when you put it in to drive , windows making funny noises when you put it up and down , acting like it doesn’t want to shift gears etc.) oh how the list goes on!!! We live 30 mins away and it’s always bring it back we will take a look at it, so we take it up only to have them keep it for days and we have to call and find out if they were done with it to be told every time “ yeah it’s done we were just about to call you” we drive the 30 mins just to get up there and they say it’s good to go. We head back home another 30 mins just to find out nothing was fixed at all truck still not wanting to shift gears camera was working fine at first but when we went to pull in the driveway at home it’s stops working properly then I had brought my 2020 GMC Terrain to you bc when you sold me it it took all day process and my kids and I were tired so I rushed home and when it was being looked over we noticed dents all I. The roof and paint pealing away from the roof ! So we call make and appointment for you all to look over it all the spots were marked on the roof when I left it in your service garage!! They had it for a week and I called to find out if it was done after being told it would only take 2 days 3 at the most !! To be told “ I was just about to call you that it’s ready !!” I drive 30 mins to you to start looking over my suv and find that the dents are still there and were never fixed just painted over they had white paint sprayed all over my black suv and so much over spray with the paint you could see it and running down the door frame, they spilled something on my bumper that ate the clear coat and paint , they have something sticky all over my windows they cracked my windshield at the bottom of the window and how they did that I have know ideal how !!! Mark the service manager told us to bring it back on Monday they have had my suv for over a week now and the body shop is telling us now that they will not replace my windshield that it’s only a scratch well it didn’t come in to your service room with a scratch aka crack and that’s ridiculous !! How the xxxx do you bring a car in and get it back looking 10 times worse then what it did when you took it there ? I have only had the suv for a lil over month and you all have had it more then I have but yet I’m the one that has to keep making a payment on a car that I can’t drive because your staff can’t get their xxxx together!! The management sucks ( Mike ,Alex, Jason) they are rude and unprofessional and ask the dumbest question ( did you let your kids play golf off the top of your car?) I get being sarcastic or trying to be funny but not when you all are aware of it a day after it being sold to me there is a time and place for it!! Not when you sold the xxxx suv like that , you were just trying to get out of fixing my dents and paint on my suv!! Here we are still having the same issues with the truck and you all still have my suv!! I would not recommend anyone to buy from this dealership due to they don’t care about you after you leave the lot!! If you want anything fixed it’s like pulling teeth !! You have to fight with them for every issue you have with any vehicle even if you have bumper to bumper warranty’s and even if they caused the problem it’s you fighting to get it fixed !!!

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted by my salesman Rick Fasick upon entering the lobby for our appointment and he had already pulled a few keys aside for potential car options based off what I had told him I was looking for in an email previously. The first car he showed me was absolutely perfect and the one I ended up driving off the lot in that day. I have never had such an attentive car salesman that at the same time wasn't breathing down my neck. Fortunately my great experience didn't end there. I then had the pleasure of working with joel to find the perfect financing plan for me. I left the lot feeling like a VIP customer that day and that hasn't stopped since as Rick has called me to ensure I was still loving my ride a few weeks into my purchase. I will be back!

I dropped my car off on Tuesday evening for a Thursday appointment to avoid the upcoming snowstorm and they took my car in that day and completed the appointment ahead of its scheduled time and got my car back to me that day rather than waiting for the scheduled day. It was greatly appreciated.

I’m reading the negative reviews here and I must say I’m surprised. I bought my last two Cadillacs from Burne and was always treated fairly. In fact one time I had trouble programming my garage door to the Caddy and Ed, service manager, drove 7 miles to my home and spent some time with it and got it. Another time I got in my XTS in the garage and the battery was totally dead. It was still under warranty but again Ed drove to my home and installed it and programmed it. I’m do for another Caddy and will definitely do business there again

Service department was a mess from the beginning. I shouldn't be surprised now. Brought my car in for heating issues and they did NOTHING. Told me that it worked fine. Even when I called the mechanic back to the car and showed him it wasn't working he still tried to tell me that's how it was supposed to work. I've been using the heater for 6 months and that is NOT how it worked. On the way home I also realized my bluetooth no longer worked. I came home and sent an email. POSITIVE they got it because someone called me about making another purchase and when I told him what happened, he said he could see it and someone would be in touch. Waited 2 days and called the service department. The girl was actually very nice and sympathetic. She totally got what I was saying. She was going to talk to the service manager and he'd get back to me. A few days later I sent yet another email. It's been a couple more days and still NOTHING. I'm now trying to contact the owner then CHEVY and then the BBB. I'm now seeing why I got a decent deal on my car but I would have been better off paying more somewhere else. Currently have no bluetooth and heat doesn't work right

Terrible response to visit for service. Was to dealership to have problem fixed and brought vehicle home with same trouble then I went back and explained problem again. I was told they would get back to me the next day with a price to fix. One week later called again and was told they would get back to me later the same day with cost of repairs. Three days later still no response. I got my car fixed somewhere else .

NO fluid whatsoever .. it was filled and a few days later brought van back to dealership ... it was checked out with no problem found .. well .. not using van for 11 days .. returned last week and traveled to upstate N.Y. for a site survey .. returned .. parked van in driveway .. moved van yesterday .. and where front of van was parked .. was a small puddle of steering fluid ... so much for "no problem found" .. do not have the time to keep returning to the dealership .. especially for what was charged

After reading the reviews on here, many were good but my experience was not a good one. I have a CTS and a couple of brake and traction system messages began displaying on the dash. I stopped by Faulkner yesterday without an appointment hoping it was an easy fix. I was pleasantly greeted and told to see the lady who does appointments. They were booked and she told me to see John in the Service area. I went out to his office and he had someone in there. He looked up and rudely asked me if I was there to see him. I said I was as directed and again in a very rude and unprofessional manner told me I'd be waiting along time because he was busy and to see one of the guys not busy. His tone was abrupt and cocky. I said I was waiting to talk to talk to him as told and again he said 'you'll be waiting a long time, I'm busy'. The tone was not at all professional or a way to talk to customers. He is a poor representation of the dealership. His reaction and manners resulted in losing a customer. I will go to a GM dealer in the future.

wasted months for parts, had to call them, hard to get anyone in service on the phone, left message, no response, called back, they would check on parts and call back, never called back. I called two weeks later, parts were in, took my car for the warranty work, loan car not ready, waited 45 mins for car, was told 1/4 tank of gas in car. Did not make it halfway home before fuel light came on, called and was old I was responsible for any gas in the car spoke with manager, said he would reimburse me for gas so I could make it back to dealer ship if I put in 10 dollars worth of gas. I put gas in so I could make it back to dealership to get my car. No one available at service department, had to call someone from Nissan dealer. Someone finally came, I got my car, was not waiting for reimbursement because manager was not there, glad I only put in 5 dollars in gas enough to get me back to dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle from them they are great about selling you a car but don't want to stand behind the service you are supposed to get when buying a cadillac.
