Service manager refused to honor my Buick tire warranty, said it wasn't covered under wear and tear at 18000 miles on my original 2019 tires. Had same problems in Chicago, Buick dealer there said it was covered. Never go to Riverview!!!! They will rip you off!

Their shuttle driver, Charlie also was very professional as he drove me to and from my home. Of course masks and social distance is the norm these days. They only reason I even give them one star is because you can't write a review without one. I have chevy Cruze I bought from them. They have lifetime power train warranty if you get oil changed there every time which I have done last 5 years. Turns out this is a lie they will find some reason your no longer eligible. Took car in last week for idle hesitation , Russ, the service Rep told me I needed new valve cover. Just that assessment which took them 10 minutes was $100 which they did not even tell me there would be charge in advance. So Russ tells me the valve cover work is $900 for 2-1/2 hours plus parts. I though wow, that sounds unreasonable. So I looked on YouTube turns out its a 20 minute repair I can do myself. I ordered valve cover and new spark plugs off Amazon for $100. Installed it in 20 minutes and now runs prefect. THEY are ripping people off, old people I. Fixed incomes have no idea how they are being taken advantage of. I am considering suing this place as it is such an obvious attempt to steal from me which is exactly what this is. I hope no one else has this happen to them.

I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket.
They have also sold several cars for me.
My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Mo’ Money, Mo’ Money!!! - Traverse 2013
Purchased my 2013 Traverse in October. The ‘Check Engine ‘ light has come on eight times since I drove it off the lot. First, I had to have the battery replaced. Then, they thought a carbon buildup was causing the issue. So I paid for that. Now, they’ve found something else I’m going to have to pay for. So extremely frustrating!
The one saving grace of this whole ordeal has been the helpful service I’v received from Kevin Rudy.
2014 SONIC LS CAR TIRES - good honest guy
I went to my local Sunoco gas station where I saw my mechanic. My tires were low on air. As he was filling my tires with air he told me that my tires are dry-rotted. My car is two and a half years old with 7000 total miles I was told by chip the service manager that my tires are dry-rotted because of my driving conditions only driving 7000 miles in two and a half years. I am still within my new car warranty three years or 36000 mile warranty. They refuse to replace the tires that are badly dry rotted. I would not recommend Armen Chevrolet service to anyone

Worst service department ever. This place used to be great but has rapidly and gone downhill. You couldn’t pay me to use this place again. The service department is a joke. The service manager Kathleen Must loose potential customers on a daily basis. Be warned, DO NOT bring your car here. They will screw it up and make you pay for it the next time your being the car in.
