David described the condition and sent many pictures, but I still concerned about spending (to me) a lot of money for something I couldn’t look at prior to committing. David’s description was 100% accurate and I was pleased upon arrival. This was a suprise gift for my wife so a lot was on the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again.

I leased my first new car at Vision and I had a great experience! The sales person was very nice and not high pressure at all. He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

Exceptional customer service, courteous family atmosphere, fair and honest sales practice. Best buying experience I’ve had in my 50 years buying vehicles. Grant, the sales associate who handled the sale of my 2025 Sportage Prestige Hybrid was excellent. He was patient, thorough and accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured by Grant or the financial associate answered every question asked and never tried to force unwanted options on my wife and I during the purchase. We drove 3 hrs. to the dealership and I couldn’t have been more pleased to have do so. Thank Grant and team Renn Kirby for an awesome buying experience.

I know I probably drove Will a little crazy with my request to test drive four different cars before I made my decision, but he was patient and calm throughout the process, always ready with the keys. FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. Auto Sales, with absolutely none of the “sales games” you get at the bigger dealerships! Friendly and chill Jeff and team were a true pleasure to work with. There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. (And as he quickly filled out our paperwork, we loved Jeff’s stories about his dogs and chickens, too!) All the positive reviews of Keyser Ave. Auto Sales’ quality vehicles and staff are spot-on! We feel confident we got a good price on a gorgeous car from great folks, it was totally worth the two-hour drive to get there, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy another used vehicle from Keyser Ave. Auto Sales again.
