Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. James is an absolute asset to the store and his knowledge of vehicles and customer service is truly exceptional. I personally would hire him in a heartbeat as he delivers the proper standard of how operations should be done. Thank you so much James and keep setting that standard of excellence.

I agreed to buy a 2014 Aston Martin Vantage sight un seen. David described the condition and sent many pictures, but I still concerned about spending (to me) a lot of money for something I couldn’t look at prior to committing. David’s description was 100% accurate and I was pleased upon arrival. This was a suprise gift for my wife so a lot was on the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Tundra from Devan Musser (Sales mgr) a few months ago. First time I've purchased from a dealer. It took a while (several back & forth negotiations- we were there a couple hours). I've never been thrilled at the American "bartering" process but I was satisfied at the end of the day. The truck did have an outstanding engine recall on it (which was fully disclosed). I got a brand new engine from Lancaster Toyota as a result (went from 60k miles on the engine to zero!). The price was competitive but most importantly- They are honest people, which is the most important thing when spending over $40k on a vehicle!

He listened to what I wanted, and even emailed several options with the payment breakdowns the next day. They gave me a fair trade in on my car, and were very efficient with the paperwork. He took the time to show me all the new features of my car and answered all of my questions. Previous visits to other various dealerships were not a positive experience for me. There was lots of waiting around, high pressure sales, and mistakes. But Vision is much different and I highly recommend them!

I know I probably drove Will a little crazy with my request to test drive four different cars before I made my decision, but he was patient and calm throughout the process, always ready with the keys. Tania took over the sales process and was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. FABULOUS experience at Keyser Ave. Auto Sales, with absolutely none of the “sales games” you get at the bigger dealerships! Friendly and chill Jeff and team were a true pleasure to work with. There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. (And as he quickly filled out our paperwork, we loved Jeff’s stories about his dogs and chickens, too!) All the positive reviews of Keyser Ave. Auto Sales’ quality vehicles and staff are spot-on! My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. From the first interaction with our sales guy to the final interaction with the finance manager and everyone in between, we had exceptional service. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about a vehicle we saw. They told me they would have it ready for us to look at and test drive after work. When we arrived they delivered on their word. They gave us space to test drive and look over the vehicle. There was no pressure, no snakey sales man slithering around us. The finance application was seamless. They provided us with a loaner vehicle since we traded ours in and the vehicle we were purchasing wasn’t detailed and fully ready yet. There was open communication the ENTIRE time. They went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter from their other dealership. This issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with them but the exceptional customer service they have, they stepped up and helped us anyway. There were no surprise costs, no surprise additions to our sale. Communication was open the entire time and the sales manager took his time to answer our questions.
