Flippant service manager - Disappointed Honda owner
So when you buy a brand new car and the Emissions System Problem light goes on at 5000 miles, it’s pretty upsetting to have the service manager say “It could be any one of four thousand things “ - Then in your response that it’s a brand new car! His response “anything can go wrong “. REALLY?? Is this Honda’s new slogan?
