Bought a Honda Care extended warranty from Saccucci Honda online. Most painless experience ever. Provided my vehicle information, within 10 minutes has quotes for all applicable coverages. I asked for a clarification and got a quick response from Gardner Reynolds. I quoted several dealerships on line and Saccucci was the lowest cost (a lot lower than the local Honda dealers in person). Ordering after I selected my plan was quick and simple.

I am still in a dream which was fulfilled by the team at Grieco Honda. From the beginning to the end, my experience was wonderful. The owner Mr. Grieco, Sr. was there to greet me and then I was treated like I was at "home". The staff is courteous, always making sure that I was comfortable. Tom Van Fechtmann was extremely engaging and assisted me in my Grieco Honda journey (even though I am biased since he is a fellow Ivy-Leaguer). Kiplin Clemetson was my sales coordinator and did everything in his power to ensure that I got that "Dream Car" I worked so hard for. Juan Carlos Cuellar made sure that I got the best possible deal and that I am investing in my future - that's BIG! Bottom line, I am on cloud 9 with the most beautiful car - I feel like a movie star - and this was because of the hard work that collectively the Grieco team performed for me and my family. Make no mistake about it, Mr. Grieco, Sr. has dealerships around the country, satisfied, loyal customers and amazing staff members for a reason. I can officially say that I am now part of the Grieco Honda family - I will stay in business with them for the next car and then when my little girl, Isabella, turns 16 - guess where I am going - Greico dealership. Bottom line, in a world filled with unkindness, it felt good to go to a place that understood that this investment was BIG to me and my family and they did not rake advantage of us. It was an honor and pleasure to do business with Mr. Grieco, Sr., Tom, Kiplin and Carlos and I am now "hooked" and a loyal customer! Also, my husband wanted to make sure that I said thanked everyone! They will sell you an unsafe vehicle, and lie and squirm in every which way they can so they are able to finalize the sale past the warranty time. OBSERVE EVERYTHING, that is happening with your certified pre-owned vehicle for the 90 day warranty period if you buy from them. Don't make the mistake of backing down or accepting their excuses as I did.
They will sell you a lemon, and then turn around and say that you should come in again for another car and give them another sale if you are unhappy. I have never seen such unethical behavior and violations towards consumer rights from a company. I was upset with their lack of scruples that I felt it necessary to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and I urge you to do the same.

Barb got both my mother and I great deals on a new civic and a new accord, and took care of absolutely everything! All we had to do was sign. If you want to buy or lease a car and you want to avoid having your time wasted by high pressure/pushy salespeople and feeling on guard throughout the process, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN MAJESTIC HONDA! Ask for Barb! She's down to earth and will genuinely fight to get you the best deal.
Both Katrina and Barbara have SUPERB communication and are eager to answer any questions you have, whether it be via text, email, or phone. They had my accord plated up and ready for me when I arrived at the dealership, and I was able to take a nice test drive by myself. When I got back from the test drive they had a deal ready for me that I couldn't refuse. I came back the next day with the down payment and signed my lease. While I did that, my Mother test drove a new Civic and ended up leasing that same night.
This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST experience I've ever had getting a new car and I will absolutely recommend Majestic to anyone looking to get a Honda. I really can't say enough about this dealership.
