They were awesome, showed up at 0800 and my Bronco was immediately brought into the garage, I was provided with message updates on the status of work as well as a report card on my brakes and fluids , service personnel checked in with me regularly giving updates on remaining service duration , specifically Julie and Dennis were a pleasure to deal with, they are both consummate professionals. We all get stressed when having to get are vehicles serviced, but after my recent visit to TASCA Ford in Cranston RI, my anxiety’s are gone. Thank You again ( Five Star Service!!!! )

9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and a state truck inspection. Arrived back after never receiving a phone call at 4:00 PM to find no oil change or inspection. As a matter of fact, it hasn’t found its way into the shop yet. Service manager stated a I was not a priority as I was not waiting for the truck. What? Are you kidding me? If that was their policy and I was informed of it, I would have waited. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional answer from the service manager. Horrible loyal customer service. Go somewhere else!
