I would give zero stars if I could. Called Tasca (Cranston) to make a service appointment for my F-150. They gave me an appointment for 8:30 AM on Thursday 10/09/25. On Thursday 10/16, I stopped in to get a status on my truck. The service rep told me that they haven’t taken the truck inside yet and it isn’t even assigned to a tech yet. When I asked him for an explanation as to how this happened he stated “that’s just how we make appointments”. Please help me to understand why I was given a specific date and time for an appointment when my truck just sat in the parking lot for a week. Please make it make sense. I had to borrow a car from a family member so I could get to work for a week, just so my truck could sit outside for 7 days. This is unacceptable. After this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Tasca to anyone!
