What a disappointing experience. I received a written quote that clearly stated it was valid through 1/31/2026. Today is 1/5/2026, yet when I called, I was told the quote would not be honored. I spoke with someone who identified himself as Gardiner and claimed to be the owner. That claim raised concerns, and regardless, he refused to honor the valid quote or escalate the conversation. Based on this interaction alone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. This was unexpected and reflects poorly on their business practices. I would proceed with caution.
