It was my first time for bringing a vehicle to Dick Brooks Honda, this was my daughter's Civic that needed a new battery and oil change, my daughter is a teacher so I volunteered to help her out with this maintenance visit. I made an appointment on-line the night before, very easy to make the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted right away(Steven), he verified what I was there for and explained the battery warranty to me. After the vehicle inspection, Zach explained the results to me and in fact the battery did fail its test, Zach explained the battery warranty to me and I authorized the work for replacing the battery. Both associates were very professional and helpful. This was an excellent customer friendly experience. Thank you.

This service department is an industry leader, hands down the best experience. I have been getting my Honda serviced here for about a year now and they have been consistently great in every aspect you need in a service department. My advisor has been Sue and I can’t tell you how much I love working with her. I have never been persuaded into getting unnecessary replacement parts or services, and she always treats me with respect. Even when I have an appointment with her and she is busy when I get there, I am immediately greeted by another advisor which makes me feel welcome and my business is appreciated. Even if you don’t own a Honda, I would recommend this service department in a heartbeat!

I have always used your dealership for all my service needs (oil change, tires, battery) since the purchase of my vehicle from you 5 years ago. My last two service visits was not the usual experience that I have always had. It was a challenge to get someone to answer my questions over the phone. When bringing my car in the person I dealt with was not very friendly at all and did not care about my business. I have since chosen to take my vehicle else where for service visits. Cost went up as well.

Honda service in my car, they did not do what they was suppose to. My collision place took my car to them to finish my car that had been in a wreck, for them to replace airbag harness. But they did not put it back together line it was when it was brought to them. I hate liers and they lied line xxxx they left bolts undone and left the pan underneath undone not bolted down now the pan is bent but they said we did not do it. Well xxxx everything else was finished before you got it yours was the last thing to be done. I will never trust these people again in Anderson for them to lie to me in my face I will go somewhere else if I decide to buy another Honda

The last 4 appointments I had with them for service, my car was returned with oil hand prints on the seats, loose drip pan plug, rummaged through. My vehicle should be returned in the same condition I left with them.....period! Oh, I forgot to mention, that the hubcaps were put back on covering the valve stems!

Took car in for oil change. After a couple of days I noticed a oil spot under the car. I felt underneath and found the oil plug loose. So I called them and said something was leaking. They came and got it. The feed back to me was that there was just a puddle of oil on the cross member. He said they cleaned it off and it was good to go. So when I got home I checked the drain plug again. It was tight this time.I could have forgiven the issue if I was told the truth. But to lie to me, I guess I will need to travel long distance for service from now on

I made an 4:30 appointment to get my brakes checked and before I got off the phone the guy says, "Let's make it 4:15". I agree, if I have to leave work a little earlier to accommodate you guys, okay.
I arrive at the dealership at 4:14, after skipping a lunch break to get off early. I pull over to the service bay, but there are cars in all 3. So I wait. No one comes over to say anything to me. So I pull closer & decide to go inside to "check in" if I can. As soon as I get out of the car, a guy yells for me to pull into the bay closest to the building, still behind the already present car.
I do. I sit. I wait. No one comes over to instruct me further. A lady whose car was already pulled in, gets out of her car & angrily starts yelling about how she's hot, no one has come over to her & the keys are in the car- she's going inside!
Someone finally decides she needs attention.
Fearing I'd end up sitting idly by like that lady had, in the heat & without being acknowledged I decided to go inside afterall & surely they'd inquire whose car was left hanging out of the bay when someone was free (even though there were plenty of staff- all of which, looked free).
I go inside. Sit until 4:55 listening to these other ppl's horror stories from this dealership, still without being ACKNOWLEDGED at all, until I've had enough. I go outside, the service center is void of cars, except mine & still no one cared that I needed to be seen before their much talked about 5:30 quitting time!
I went somewhere else but of course they couldn't see me bc of how late it'd gotten & now I'm stuck with a possible brake problem & a lot of driving the rest of the week.
