I would like to praise Austin Barlow, service advisor. He went beyond what I expected to find and correct an intermittent problem with the AC. He personally test drove the vehicle to determine the problem and test drove it again to make sure the problem was corrected. Thank You Austin!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I bought a car from a sister dealership about a week ago. The check engine light turned on and off throughout the week. When I called that dealership to let them know I was told I had to fix it out of pocket. When I went to the Honda service center and my told service advisor Deb about my issue she assured me she would handle the other dealership. Deb was an amazing service advisor who was able to speak with the dealership and get them to cover the cost. I appreciate her patience and willingness to work with my schedule. 10/10 recommend this place :)

Lyndsay Waring in service is the reason I drove 1 hour and forty minutes to East Coast Honda to buy my new CR-V hybrid. I had reached out East Coast Honda to schedule a fuel pump replacement for my 2018 CR-V and Lindsay scheduled me in four week vs Wilmington Honda scheduled me in six months. I was so impressed with her representation of the dealership…..I decided to buy a new car. Customers clearly are first at East Coast Honda. Lyndsay was pleasant and did a great job.

I brought my honda CR-V for variuos routine maintenance items and as usual my service agent ( Christine Myers ) was exceptional again. I appreciate that they do check my car and notify you if they believe they have found an item that you should consider having done so it can save you a future possible break down. Also Christine explains what they have found and is very pleasant about your decision to have it done or not. The waiting room is also a great place to to wait while your work is being done. I bring both of my CR-V's here and will continue to do so.

If you are looking for fellow Honda enthusiast. Look no further! Come see Chris Frazier at the Hendrick Honda Easley service center. He really knows his Honda's as well as which shop tech will be best suited to turn wrenches on your ride. Al, Jacob, and Ethan are great shop techs! Also, If Chis recommends an additional service for your vehicle, please take it into serious consideration. I took his advice on additional services and now my 2010 Civic Si runs like it's brand new again! Spending a little extra now, will save you fortunes in the long run. I made an 4:30 appointment to get my brakes checked and before I got off the phone the guy says, "Let's make it 4:15". I agree, if I have to leave work a little earlier to accommodate you guys, okay. I arrive at the dealership at 4:14, after skipping a lunch break to get off early. I pull over to the service bay, but there are cars in all 3. So I wait. No one comes over to say anything to me. So I pull closer & decide to go inside to "check in" if I can. As soon as I get out of the car, a guy yells for me to pull into the bay closest to the building, still behind the already present car. I do. I sit. I wait. No one comes over to instruct me further. A lady whose car was already pulled in, gets out of her car & angrily starts yelling about how she's hot, no one has come over to her & the keys are in the car- she's going inside! Someone finally decides she needs attention. Fearing I'd end up sitting idly by like that lady had, in the heat & without being acknowledged I decided to go inside afterall & surely they'd inquire whose car was left hanging out of the bay when someone was free (even though there were plenty of staff- all of which, looked free). I go inside. Sit until 4:55 listening to these other ppl's horror stories from this dealership, still without being ACKNOWLEDGED at all, until I've had enough. I go outside, the service center is void of cars, except mine & still no one cared that I needed to be seen before their much talked about 5:30 quitting time! I went somewhere else but of course they couldn't see me bc of how late it'd gotten & now I'm stuck with a possible brake problem & a lot of driving the rest of the week.

What a great experience we had with the service department. While driving to Beaufort area on vacation, my Acura developed a loud and annoying noise coming from glove compartment area. This would happen only at higher speeds. I stopped in about 3PM and met Michael, a service writer. He listened to me, asked many questions to narrow down issue. As he was setting up an appointment, he saw Patrick, service manager & master mechanic, and called him over & explained what was going on with my car. Patrick said he had some ideas & went to my car, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be simple but impossible to find by someone untrained & fixed it. I was overwhelmed by this dealership/service department. I can’t say enough about my experience plus Michael even gave us several recommendations for restaurants while we are in the area. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for quality service with old fashioned values.
