Classy experience from start to finish - KevinB
This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! From the time I walked on to the lot until the time the paperwork was signed everyone there were true PROS!! I highly recommend Audi of Chattanooga and Jeff Lynch. This was a great experience!

Malik is a gem at Audi of Memphis - Iukams84
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 from Audi of Memphis. Immediately exiting our vehicle we were greeted with a big smile and a handshake from Malik Hamud. He is very honest, trustworthy, and upfront. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure he showed us a vehicle that fit what we were looking for nothing more nothing less. It was a hot afternoon in July and without even asking Malik showed us plenty of hospitality by bringing us cold bottles of water. If you're in the market for an awesome suv and want to have a pleasant buying experience, go see the new Audi Q7 and make sure you asked for Malik Hamud!!!
Continued problems - Zither
I have taken my vehicle to Harper for 2 years and continue to have issues. They are great with mechanical problems, but always leave the interior of my vehicle dirty. They continue to use sharp objects rather than plastic tools to repair interior parts and have often caused more damage than repairs.
Long wait - Vlnplaywr
It took a week and a half to actually get our new vehicle. The service manager did not notice that we were from out of town and had not made any provision to get our all weather floor mats (out of stock) to us Indeed we still have no idea how we will receive them.
The salesperson was condescending. - julie
I went into the dealership to look at cars. I'm not a spring chicken anymore, but I still like sporty vehicles. The salesperson intimated that perhaps I (a woman of a certain age) might like a larger vehicle so that I could see all around me. He asked if my husband was involved in the decision (not his business) and if he'd be coming in, too. Really, this is 2018! I drove to Alabama the next day and bought a new Audi with all the bells and whistles.
