I HIGHLY recommend Audi Chattanooga. Sarah was my sales representative and she truly is genuine. She went above and beyond working with me. I don’t feel like I just bought a car from some sales person. Sarah will always be a friend. The whole staff made me feel so comfortable. Richard got on a personal level with me to help make my decision, him and Sarah even sang me happy birthday lol. Richard and Robert gave me amazing credit advice. I loved the whole experience of buying my first official car all on my own!! They all worked on some numbers to make this happen for me. I couldn’t be more thankful for them all.

I have taken my vehicle to Harper for 2 years and continue to have issues. They are great with mechanical problems, but always leave the interior of my vehicle dirty. They continue to use sharp objects rather than plastic tools to repair interior parts and have often caused more damage than repairs.

When I went to test drive the new Q7 I fell in love with it. Although I was not a HUGE fan of the rims on that particular vehicle. I spoke with the salesman and was wanting to make a deal with them since it was the end of the month and figured that I could always change out the rims later if I wanted. Well I ended up speaking with the sales manager about numbers and such since I live a solid 1.5 hours away. So, I was closing a deal with another dealership to get my wife a new truck so I was on the road all day that Friday. I came to conclusion that the numbers were good so we verbalized the deal over the phone. I would arrive to close later that day or first thing the next morning.
Fast forward to closing and I questioned the finance guy about the VIN number because well, I thought the one I drove had a different last 4 digits. I even asked the salesman Mark Blake about it and he said that the one I was purchasing was in fact the car I drove. Upon arriving home later that night I double checked the paperwork and sure enough I had been misled. The vehicle that I test drove was NOT the one I purchased. There were several upgrades on the other vehicle that were NOT on the one I drove away in.
I wrote them an email that night and had made arrangements to go back up there but I have been severely sick and will call again monday to make arrangements.
I suggest going here with the knowledge that you will need to double check and triple check all the vehicle info so this does not happen to you.
I must say that Dustin (sales manager I believe) and Jordan (in finance) were great with service but the salesman needs to be educated on proper sales skills and vehicle info. I mean, I just spent $75000 on a car and felt that I was misled.

I went into the dealership to look at cars. I'm not a spring chicken anymore, but I still like sporty vehicles. The salesperson intimated that perhaps I (a woman of a certain age) might like a larger vehicle so that I could see all around me. He asked if my husband was involved in the decision (not his business) and if he'd be coming in, too. Really, this is 2018! I drove to Alabama the next day and bought a new Audi with all the bells and whistles.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 from Audi of Memphis. Immediately exiting our vehicle we were greeted with a big smile and a handshake from Malik Hamud. He is very honest, trustworthy, and upfront. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure he showed us a vehicle that fit what we were looking for nothing more nothing less. It was a hot afternoon in July and without even asking Malik showed us plenty of hospitality by bringing us cold bottles of water. If you're in the market for an awesome suv and want to have a pleasant buying experience, go see the new Audi Q7 and make sure you asked for Malik Hamud!!!
