Freindly clean fast. They were good about explaining what’s good or bad. My only issue is that when there’s work to be done on your vehicles ??. They need to PRINT THE ESTIMATE out by computer ?? NOT A HAND written paper on back of something else. A complete break down of what work.... parts... charges will be done

The kind and capable lady, I think her name is Trish, has assisted me previously to get scheduled for EVAP replacement. She is also working to expedite this service the morning I bring my car in on 22 September. Otherwise she will arrange for me to have a ride back home and picked up when my car is ready. I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. Oil and filter change - bILLb
I finally found time to get an oil and filter change for my 2011 Regal and made an appointment for Wednesday June 3rd at 2;30. I should have waited for one day. When I got home there was US Mail from Rice with a $10 discount for oil and filter and this morning I got the same in an e-mail to me. I could have saved $10.

A followup on my earlier review. I was contacted by the service manager 2 days later and told that before they would honor the warranty on the replacement transmission for my 2017 Silverado I would have to pay 2 thousand dollars to have the transmission oil cooler replaced. If the transmission they installed damaged the oil cooler why should I have to pay to have it replaced? I regret ever buying a truck from them and would not recommend them to anybody.
