Buying a car can be a 'trying and tiring' experience for me, but Eric Rubalcava was so helpful, kind and patient. He found the very car I wanted, called me, and the price was better than the other offers I had gotten and they got a good interest rate for me. He also didnt try to push me into something I didnt want. His sales manager, Adam, was just great and so helful....also the finance manager made finalizing everything seem so easy. I am not an 'easy sale' but the people at Essence Maserati were great to deal with. My son, who was with me, will probably see them next year. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My experience here was great. Robert was awesome. He responded back quickly, had everything ready when I arrived and even had a big red bow on my jeep! I was treated like a VIP. I knew what I wanted and had contacted multiple dealerships who either never called me back or put me off. This is how buying a car should be!

Simply put we would never have bought that car if it hadn't been for Joels persistence and determination to sell it to us. He never gave up on the deal no matter how long it took. After purchasing a vehicle with false miles advertised I was told I would be compensated for the difference in Miles as well as a full tank of gas when I pick up the check the check should be there in four days they told me it has been now 6 weeks and I have called practically every day trying to get someone to call me back and sort this out the sales people will not call you back the store manager will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave and with whom the store manager basically told me the company had bigger things to do than worry about my check I suggest shopping elsewhere it's not worth the hassle
