Javier Gonzalez is a great sales man and just really... - pennybowles79

Javier Gonzalez is a great sales man and just really seems to be a great person overall! You can tell that he really does care about his customers and their needs. He's not too pushy and does not pressure you to buy something you really don't want or can't afford. He answered all of my questions and got me in the perfect car with a very affordable monthly payment. I highly recommend giving him the opportunity to help you out!

Taylor Elrod provided excellent service today. - Connie.eldridge

Taylor Elrod provided excellent service today. I text him about the availability of a vehicle and scheduled an appointment to test drive it. Agreed on purchase details and was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend seeing Taylor for all your car buying needs. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.

Chris King made our car buying experience a pleasant one. - Garrett

Chris King made our car buying experience a pleasant one. Affable and knowledgeable, he knew the ins-and-outs of the cars like the back of his hand. He explained how Don Davis doesn't trick or coerce their customers like some other dealerships, and worked with us to get us a fantastic deal. We're very happy with our new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and we'd definitely recommend this dealer.

DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEN THEY ARE HAVING A SALES - TYLER

DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEN THEY ARE HAVING A SALES EVENT THERE! THE SALES MANAGER THAT IS THERE WHEN THERES A SALES EVENT IS KIVA. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, PUSHY AND KEPT SNIFFING HIS NOSE. I DO NOT RECOMEND WHEN THEY HAVE A "SALES EVENT"

Justin Poirie'r sold us our Tucson last week and he's a - s_elsesser

Justin Poirie'r sold us our Tucson last week and he's a #10 for us. Thanks for care, service, patience, help. We're an older couple and were "blown away" by his knowledge and professionalism. We will surely recommend him and this dealership. Justin was very patient and didn't pressure us. We needed to wait to settle an issue before we could buy and Justin patiently waited for us to "come thru".......remembering that with God, waiting is not wasting. Well done, Justin Stephen and Linda Elsesser

This review is to sincerely warn anyone considering - rgoodhue

This review is to sincerely warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience has proven that their "Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)" guarantees are completely invalid, and their sales team relies on empty promises to close deals. Two massive red flags based on my experience: 1) Incomplete CPO Inspection: I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that supposedly underwent the 150+ point inspection, but after taking the car home, it became apparent that some inspection items were never actually completed—particularly item #70, which requires verifying both keys. They signed off on this standard without actually providing the second key. They are selling cars under the guise of CPO standards without actually doing the work. 2) Three Years of Broken Promises: During the sale, my salesperson, Rachel, explicitly promised me a spare key. Over the course of several months post-purchase, I followed up repeatedly with multiple sales representatives and was even told a manager would handle my situation directly. Every single time, the staff gave me verbal assurances that they would "get it taken care of." It has now been three years, and absolutely nothing has been done. A spare key is a significant expense, and the staff's repeated commitments were clearly just empty commitments to string me along until I went away. If you expect honesty, transparency, and a dealership that stands behind its word and its guarantees, go somewhere else. Their follow-through is nonexistent, and their word cannot be trusted.

It didn't start out as a non-problematic experience but - laruso.b60

It didn't start out as a non-problematic experience but what happened during the process proved to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the sales department and Andy So who's attention to detail in product description and ensuring my beyond satisfactory customer service to Chrisite in finance that went above and beyond in ensuring I received everything I needed was unmatched. The dedication, professionalism, and customer service of these people prompted me to express my sincere gratitude here. Job very well done.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test - Laz

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.
