Introduction through purchase of Hyundai 2020 Palisade - Rod
First visit to Jerry's Hyundai I was greeted by Zach Oakley who was very friendly and happy to help with my questions about the new Hyundai Palisade I had seen advertised in the paper. Being a new model availability was limited, but did have one he could show me. Zach was very knowledgeable about the Palisade and willing to show me all it's features. He was very straight forward with pricing and any discounts I qualified for. When I decided on which one I was interested in he checked to see if any were being delivered and when. My wife and I were not quit sure if we were ready to make the purchase so I did not add my name to the waiting list at that time. A few days later I decided to drop by and see what was available. Zach was off that day and Joanne Brabson asked if she could help with any questions I had. I told her which one I was interested in so she checked to see if one was due in. Joanna found out that a delivery with the one I was interested in was due in a few days and would let me know when it arrived. I went to run some errands, but it wasn't long before Joanna called to let me know it was in. I returned to the dealership and it was the one I was interested in so we started the purchase process while it was being unloaded from the truck. The entire staff was very professional and willing to jump in to make the deal happen. Joanna worked her magic with the receiving prep crew and they were able to git the car ready that afternoon. Once ready for delivery to me Joanna went over all the feature the car had to offer. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I add. I was impressed with the entire staffs professionalism, happy , friendly atmosphere and willingness to help. Thanks to Joanna for her over the top effort and Zach for getting the ball rolling.

I bought a 2020 Palisade today and actually enjoyed it! CRAZY, right?! After having a horrible experience with another purchase at another dealer in town, I was gearing up for what I thought would be a long day. James Teng was super helpful in responding to my email inquiries and couldn't have been more accommodating when I arrived for my test drive. Alvaro in finance was amazing! Showed me all my options, super low pressure and just delightful. No joke I was in and out in 2 hours. Highly recommend this dealership. I had been waiting for the Palisade to debut, and I called and asked what they had, Jason was quick on it and I went right down and test drove the Palisade....my salesman was young but very knowledgeable about this new vehicle, and so kind and funny....I gave him my info, and afterwork that same day ….made the deal...smooth and no problems.....and that folks is how a car deal should be...….if you ever bought a new vehicle...……...you know sometimes its a long wait and the long paperwork.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....blah blah, been there and done that......but these guys know their stuff and know the drill...easy peezy!

Although we ended up purchasing a new Elantra from another dealership, other than price (which was second runner up out of about 15 dealerships, so not too bad), my experience with the salesperson from here was pleasant, with no pressure. They provided up front pricing in a detailed fashion, just as I asked, and I almost felt disappointed when I realized I would need to take my business elsewhere. ALMOST. Money talks, folks ;-)

Went in to look at a used car and worked with Makayla. She had the car ready and was quick to get me into it. Took it for a drive and had a nice conversation about the vehicle. She didn't know everything about it off the top of her head but was quick to find the answers to the questions I had - which is awesome. In the end the deal fell through, but if you're looking to buy a car in the Greenville area, Makayla is who I'd work with again.

At one time I was very impresssed w service department not anymore. Too many customers for too few service reps. Needed a setting on my car changed. I left dealership only to find out setting was not done correctly. Called back 8 times, was placed on hold and forgotten, promise to call back-yea right! Called service manager, no return call. Called Dealership Manager-there is none.
