Not one time did he come across as we were wasting his time. I was looking at cars for months, and constantly doing research since I was buying from a dealership for the first time. Colton was a joy to work with. I am fairly well known by people around me for being difficult to work with, and I'm fairly foul mouthed. He was able to exceed all of my expectations of professional courtesy. He even took the time to show me several options that would fit both my needs and wants. He worked with me on numbers, features, and handled every little nit-picky little thing spouted out with the pinnacle of service. He alone was the reason I purchased a car from Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall and didn't keep searching at other dealerships. Well Done. I can only hope people will take this review to heart when I say no other associate came even close to his level in my experience. VERY highly recommended.

He and his manager Michael Dixon made my car buying experience incredibly simple and free of crazy shenanigans. I went in on a Wednesday morning to see what vehicles they had to offer. I really enjoyed the brand new Palisade, but they didn't have the interior color i wanted. So, we made a deal on a vehicle that wasn't on the lot, then i had my financing in order, and I returned the next day in the evening when the car showed up and we finalized the deal! Kenny came recommended from CodPopper Guinn and I am very glad he did! I had previously went to a dealer on the SE side of Houston and my time was completely wasted. Do not do business with this dealership. To start, they registered brand new car I got for my wife with the state using the wrong VIN Number. For 3 months it looked like she was driving a stolen vehicle. Everyone at the entire dealership would not do anything to rectify this besides a "free maintenance package". I've gone in twice now for maintenance and the maintenance contract is cancelled each time causing me to waste another hour there each time to get this situated.
It also took over 8 months to get real license plates due to their error with the state and all I got were constant excuses. My battery has now died twice as well and both reports from AAA show that it's a bad battery. When I bring into Hyundai to replace under warranty they claim it's good. My wife and 8 month old child were just stranded in a storm with a dead batter due to the constant incompetence of this dealership.
I highly recommend not doing business with this dealership. Hyundai cars have been great otherwise but purchase elsewhere.

My car basically died during the quarantine at home days so I needed to get a replacement without a lot of face time and hassle. Two friends recommended Hub Hyundai of Katy so I called on the phone. I was so lucky to be connected with Leonard Moore. I told him I was looking for a used small SUV, no more than 2 model years old, low mileage and had a maximum of $20K, all in including TTL. He went out to the lot and called me back the same day saying he had 3 options for me. When I got there, he had (as promised) 3 vehicles (1 Hyundai and 2 Mitsubishi's - the Hub dealerships are side by side and share resources. Mileages ranged from 12K to 37K but The Hyundai Kona had lots of options in addition to having the lowest mileage so we moved forward with that one. The "all in" price was under my limit so we struck a deal. Leonard did a great job locating a vehicle I am very happy with and took the time to explain all the features, helped to pre-set warning systems, radio stations, etc. Great guy, knowledgeable about his inventory and vehicle features, and easy to work with...that is a winner in my book.

Really one star is to much for these people. After purchasing my vehicle I was told that they would have to send me home with a loaner. It took weeks before they even would get back to me on the progress of my vehicle. I had to pick vehicle up and did not even make it home before check engine light came on again. These people are rude, never call back, and difficult to work with. They also lie. They said my newly purchased vehicle passed inspection on the day I picked it up. Same day it was having issues and engine light on so I took it to a mechanic who put it on diagnostic machine and told me there was no way it just passed. Now I am making payments on a car I have not been able to drive and can't drive until I get it fixed.

I bought a Huyndai Genesis here and I've only had it for 2 days. I noticed a noise on the breaks, took it to my mechanic, he said the calipers needed adjustment, well I brought it in to get diagnosed, the service tech Edwin looked at it and argued the noise came from inside the car, I asked him to go outside and listen to the noise on the wheels, he said ok, took it to fix and brought it back worse, he said it was fixed, I showed the noise again and said ok, I know what it is and I been here since 9.30am this morning, its 1.30pm and nothing yet. Horrible service, just badly incompetente people. Im just very sad that I have to tell them what to fix, how to fix it, what if I didn't know? Why dont they check it before telling me its ready? Why arent competent techs hired?
Today is 8/10/20 and my car has been a bundle of issues, now its out of warranty and the issues continue, I was sold a lemon car, be very careful when buying cars from this place, they don't check them, mine has had and still has many issues, not its out of warranty, the Hyundai Genesis is just a car full of issues after issues, nice car and all, but all of the issues will make you regret ever buying Hyundai, and I din't want to buy the Jaguar because if the issues and here I am.

Outstanding, high-quality, impeccable are few words to describe my incredible Customer Service Experience from Baytown Hyundai. From the moment I arrived, these people rolled out the red-carpet and genuinely made me feel like they were treating me like I was a family member. I came to this dealership after horrible dealings at Ron Carter Hyundai. Most people would have never gone back to a Hyundai dealership after what I encountered, but the Sales Manager, Mike Hamlin, assured me I would have a better experience at his dealership…and he delivered as promised. This dealership observably guides its employees to have transparent dealings and give ‘car salesperson’ a darn good name!
Not to mention there were multiple poignant moments, I was brought to tears with the care and attention given to detail by the Salesperson, Dwayne Irchil, throughout the various phases of the car buying process. Moreover, the excellent service did not end on the sales floor. I shared stories with the Lee ‘the Finance man’ Love and he made crunching numbers enjoyable.
Last, I can easily compare Dwayne’s closing of the deal to a fireworks finale show as no stone was left unturned.

All I can say is I recieved EXCELLENT service from start to finish. I met salesman Mr. Reggie King through an online inquiry followed up by a phone call. Reggie answered all my questions truthfully concerning the condition of the exterior and interior of the used vehicle I was interested in and then texted pictures to me. I drove an 8 hour round trip trusting Reggie at his word not only about the condition of the car, but also the price and financial arrangements. With this being my 38th car purchase I'm very familiar with the antics you find at most dealerships which was not the case with Hyundai off Longview. Reggie acted not only in sales but as liaison between me and Mr. Brandon Sledge, the finance mgr. Everything happened as stated by Reggie and Brandon. I was at the dealership almost two hours starting from the test drive, through the paperwork in finance, and leaving. Reggie and Brandon are an excellent team for Hyundai of Longview and I would definitely drive there again for another purchase.
