This is the third car I have purchased from Wiesner. The sales & finance staff were a pleasure to work with and the service center always does an amazing job getting me in & out. My only complaint is the way Wiesner handles the financing. This is no fault of the sales person, but how the dealership instructs their sales people to handle negotiating "the deal". Rather than discussing price and discounts, they focus on the monthly payment you are comfortable with. By the time you get to finance you don't have any idea what you are paying for the car or the APR terms....only what your monthly payment will be.

Excellent experience! My husband and I have bought/traded many cars throughout the last 4-5 years which has allowed us to experience a variety of dealerships (Dodge, Lexus, Ford, Audi, BMW, etc). Buying a car at South Point Hyundai was one of the easiest, painless, and quickest experiences we have had!
We were looking to trade in our Range Rover Evoque for something more reliable and fuel efficient (and with a better warranty) so we decided to explore Hyundai. I was interested in the Ioniq since it was a hybrid and has excellent reviews. We started at Round Rock Hyundai and were not thrilled about their offer for the trade in. So we thought we'd try South Point and we were so happy we did!
Tim was an excellent salesman - no pressure, super calm, and very straight forward with everything. After we started the negotiation process, Jared introduced himself and tried to help sweeten the deal. Then, Mike, came and assisted with the negotiation and made an even better offer! We got an excellent offer for the trade in and an amazing interest rate.
Everyone, including the finance woman (forgot her name, sorry!) was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Should we choose to purchase another Hyundai in the future, we will definitely be back.

Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the Genesis G90 and listened carefully to assess my needs and interests. I originally intended to simply drive a Genesis G90 as I had done a good bit of online analysis of many luxury vehicles. After the drive, Tom found the perfect model and color. He then put together an offer I couldn't refuse. Tom knows his products and understands how to deal with people. I recently had my car in for service at Hub Hyundai and was very pleased with the personalized service. They changed the oil, dis a rotate and balance on my tires and replaced my radio unit unsee warranty. Everything is working perfect now. I would recommend Hub to anyone looking at getting a new or used vehicle. This is just one of many vehicles I have gotten from Hub over the years and I plan to return for my next purchase.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge Jazmin and her stellar customer service. I spent the better part of two hours being given the runaround by Hyundai’s Blue Link customer service team. They told me I could only enroll online. After the online enrollment was unsuccessful, it gave a message that I had to go to the local dealer to enroll. After being on the phone with dealership for 15 minutes, I was told I had to go back the Blue Link’s customer service. I called them back and was told I had go back to the dealer to have the VIN cleared. I called the dealer back and was transferred to the same gentleman I’d just spoken to, who transferred me to Jazmin. By this time, I was extremely frustrated and discouraged in getting the service. Jazmin was able to turn my frustration completely around! Jazmin was able to get my service activated and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. The Bob Stallings dealership has to know that they have an employee that delivered flawless customer service in Jazmin. She truly showed herself to be THE WORLD’S BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Hyundai 2011 Tucson recall #110 - Ebgb2113
My daughter's Hyundai 2011 Tucson's gear was not engaging when she was going forward and tried to back up - and vice versa. She did not see this as a problem, she just stuck something in the little hole by the gears and eventually it would do as she wanted. I saw it as dangerous. I called Hub Hyundai of Katy about the recall. There was ease of appointment time and Daniel took care of the problem. I thought there would be a big charge to fix this as it did not seem to be what the recall was for. Daniel called and said the recall will fix the gear problem. It has worked wonderfully today. There was no charge at Hub Hyundai and they even washed the Tucson!! I have already told several people about this wonderful dealership and Daniel. We will definitely be back when need service work or looking for a new vehicle!

I bounced from Greg May Honda to Greg May Hyundai and test drove both the Honda Accord and the Sonata 2.0T. I was impressed with the handling of both vehicles and it was a very hard decision on which one to purchase. I was treated like family at both locations and was never pressured. Brian Mehta went out of his way to show me everything a Honda Accord had to offer and I was very impressed with him and the Honda Accord. In the end, the Sonata 2.0T was the car I decided to purchase. Justin Owens showed me a number of Sonata's and the dealership was able to locate one in the color my wife wanted in Fort Worth. Was cross-shopping a Ford Fusion vs. the Hyundai Sonata. Soon realized the Sonata was a better fit (literally) for me as I am a big guy. More room behind the wheel and the doors open almost 90 degrees allowing much better ingress/egress for the old, fat and infirm such as I.
Had contacted the dealership through the internet and scheduled a time to come in and see Eddie Frazer. Eddie was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I soon determined the Sonata was for me and we agreed on price.
Very quick, enjoyable experience. Eddie even removed the toll tag on my old vehicle before I drove off in the Sonata. I would recommend Eddie and the dealership.
