When you leave the lot in your new car, it really is the beginning of a relationship with knowledgeable, dedicated, and reliable staff that are going to make sure your car buying experience is backed up by whatever service, accounting, and overall needs that may arise in the future. I have to say that I have never gone back without being greeted by name, and having the staff continue to take care of me whether it’s understanding a feature of the car, like how to hook up your phone, to having them immediately take care of any issue with your car, understanding warranties, etc., etc. I highly recommend this Dealership because I do know that they do have their customers interest at heart and will stand behind what was purchased. They truly are one of a kind group of people and if in the future, I need to go through the car purchasing process again they will be my first stop.

My tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. On the way, I called the parts department, and they didn’t have the tire in stock but were able to get it the same day. Since I originally purchased the tire back in May at another dealer, Christina went above and beyond to get the replacement covered under the road hazard warranty. She had the tire installed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I truly appreciate her hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers. Excellent service from start to finish!

Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

Worst customer care. Had my truck for almost 5 months for a recall. Picked up truck with a wrecked bumper mirror and door panel. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble.

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. The waiting room is comfortable, with snacks and a pretty cool coffee maker. The team keeps you well informed of what's going on. I can't think of an improvement.
