I highly recommend this dealership. Not only do they have an amazing inventory with a wide range of pricing, but the staff itself is something that isn’t typically seen at car dealerships. They go above and beyond in, making sure they are listening to your needs, guiding you through the process of finding the best fit for you. It’s one thing to buy a car, but totally another thing to have service beyond the sale. I truly believe this is what makes Brenham Chrysler jeep Dodge stand out from most car buying experiences. When you leave the lot in your new car, it really is the beginning of a relationship with knowledgeable, dedicated, and reliable staff that are going to make sure your car buying experience is backed up by whatever service, accounting, and overall needs that may arise in the future. I have to say that I have never gone back without being greeted by name, and having the staff continue to take care of me whether it’s understanding a feature of the car, like how to hook up your phone, to having them immediately take care of any issue with your car, understanding warranties, etc., etc. I highly recommend this Dealership because I do know that they do have their customers interest at heart and will stand behind what was purchased. They truly are one of a kind group of people and if in the future, I need to go through the car purchasing process again they will be my first stop.

My tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. On the way, I called the parts department, and they didn’t have the tire in stock but were able to get it the same day. Since I originally purchased the tire back in May at another dealer, Christina went above and beyond to get the replacement covered under the road hazard warranty. She had the tire installed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I truly appreciate her hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers. Excellent service from start to finish!

Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

Worst customer care. Had my truck for almost 5 months for a recall. Picked up truck with a wrecked bumper mirror and door panel. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble.

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Everything about my repair experience was excellent. Easy to make an appointment. Easy to check in. Mike went over all the items with me clearly before any work was started. The waiting room is comfortable, with snacks and a pretty cool coffee maker. The team keeps you well informed of what's going on. I can't think of an improvement.

CONSUMER BEWARE: Do not use this dealership for service! In the past I had a pleasant experience in their showroom, and since have recommended them for sales to multiple of my friends and relatives who ended up purchasing vehicles there. Understandably then, I was ready to spend as much as needed (an estimated $2k+) here to get my Jeep Renegade's BCM reprogrammed and the starter looked at. Unfortunately, what started out as a two-hour "diagnostic" job (with my husband's approval to go ahead with repairs) devolved into eight months of this dealership holding our vehicle hostage. During this time, unsure when, it was involved in a collision while in the dealership's care- which I was not informed of until the day before it was finally picked up. (Side note: it was only released to me after I physically showed up at the location to pick up my vehicle, since all of my phone calls were directly forwarded to voicemail by Jacob, who thought this was funny.) The cooling fan is now damaged, there are multiple scratches and dents in the body, the limited edition Trailhawk emblem is missing from the fender they "replaced" - at this point my vehicle which was previously in fantastic cosmetic condition looks like it has been through the world's largest tumble dryer, and even though I paid nothing to get it back (thanks Rizwan) I am still left with the cost of fixing the damages somewhere else that I trust. Corporate (Ani E.) has been no help thus far, and I will be proceeding with litigation in small claims, but I hope this helps someone out there avoid dealing with this sorry excuse for a service department in the future.
