Dropped off my vehicle at this location for basic oil change. Came home and oil spilled all over my driveway as the tech didn't screw on gasket. Tried to call dealership and literally impossible to get someone on the line. Came back in for service and they didn't even want to give me a loaner until manager was involved. Very poor experience. I don't like to list names of employees.

Service Department Review: I took my vehicle in for a 30,000 mile warranty service and was very pleased with the services performed and with Phil, my service manager. I’ve had physical procedures done before with little explanation of the process, but Phil took the time to tell me everything that was going to happen and the timeline, which I appreciated so much. He was very hospitable and made my experience that much better. I had also been here before for a windshield replacement and was treated so well by Luis. I was upset that my car was broken into and frustrated with the process of dealing with it, but he made everything so easy for me, it was like it never happened! Overall, I am very happy with the services performed department and the employees that work there!

Everyone was nice! The only thing I didn’t like was that I scheduled an appointment for my oil change at 10am and was told that my car wouldn’t be worked on until mid-afternoon. They did get me a ride from the dealership and back when my car was done around 2pm the same day.
