Daniel Puc is a professional who listened to what I wanted and found it without any pressure. The atmosphere is very laid back and he made the deal without ever talking to anyone else until I decided I wanted it. The final deal was lower than expected and I never had to talk to anyone but Daniel. I dreaded car shopping and went to many dealers to test drive different cars to decide what I wanted. He just kept shopping and called every day with a new option. I cant recommend this dealership enough. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Don't ever get in house financing with these people. If you are military, dealers at Lynn Alexander will treat you like a sucker! I had limited credit experience. But they suckered me into in house financing with a 27% interest rate for a 5 year loan on a car that depreciated significantly after driving it off the lot! I didn't know anything about that stuff only that It was my first year in the military and had limited credit. They were more than willing to help xxxx me over!

THAT vehicle was totaled, and turns out the finance manager - was Lance Fry - who IS THANKFULLY NO LONGER THERE - he did things that were less than FOR the customer....BUT let me tell you - when I say that Paris Ford's current management did everything I could have wanted and more to make the situation RIGHT and -GREAT for me - as far as something else to replace it - they really did! If I could give extra stars I would! John Paul Davis is the best and so are the managers now!

There's not much I can say about this dealership, other than they are garbage. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star for the review to go through, otherwise it would have none. Bought a 07 Audi, was promised that everything was great with the car, even though it didn't start when we wanted to take it for a test drive. That should've been my first clue to get the vehicle inspected by someone, but I didn't. Signed all the paperwork, was basically told I needed to get some third party car warranty (DO NOT get the warranty; they will tell you to pay for the tear down, and that they will only replace the part with the part they choose if it failed because of a covered component). We request that the car have a full service, and that the battery be replaced with a new battery (as the current one wouldn't hold a charge). Took one full week of me calling/texting just about every day to see if the car was ready. Finally picked the vehicle up, and it didn't make it five miles before the check engine light came on. Hoses all need to be replaced. Got those replaced, took a road trip to Canada and 20 miles outside of Billings, MT the car completely cut out. At 80mph, everything just shut off, then every single warning light started flashing. Turns out, the battery was bad (or simply recharged and never replaced, unlike what we were promised), which stranded us on the side of the road. Got the vehicle running again, and made it to Great Falls, MT when we started hearing a grinding noise coming from underneath the vehicle (when I say we, it was my entire family including a 1&2yr old). Put the hazards on, and limped it back to Great Falls where we find out that the differential is shot, and the knuckle is just about seized. All in all, set us back just over $4k, nothing covered by this so-called insurance, and no help whatsoever from this garbage dealer. So, my recommendation, stay away. If you do decide to buy something there, please get someone you know or a decent mechanic to look over the entire vehicle; you never know what has happened to it even though they claim all their vehicles are clean, reliable and freshly traded in to dealerships. Oh, and just a quick mention, when I went to pickup the vehicle that I was so excited to bring home to my family, the tank was on empty. They couldn't even fill it up.

Thankfully I didn't buy from Robert's Auto Sales. First off I would like to point out the prices they list for vehicles on their website is their "cash" price. Does it say this -anywhere- on the website? Nope. And they -freely- admit that. I went in looking at a 2005 Mazada Tribute. It had low mileage and from the images online looked to be in decent condition. It was listed at 8,500$. It was in my price range and something I knew I could finance. Now, that being said, I knew I had -bad- credit, so I was not shocked at the 20% APR. I did however have a 3000$ down payment. What I WAS shocked at was them telling me they have a "two program system", and now the 8500$ dollar car was now 11,500$. Which oddly enough was a direct mark up amount for the 3000$ I was putting down on the car. Weird that there was that difference which had me paying the -full- website listed price. Secondly the car on the website, which looks as if the pictures where taken -in house- is -not- what the car looked like in the lot. It had incredible wear and tear in the interior, a cigarette burn hole in the front passenger seat, as well as a tear in the back seat! In several spots the paint was worn completely off console instruments, revealing the black hard plastic under neath. Their line is: "We will do what it takes to earn your business! Come see why we are the fastest growing dealership in the Hill Country!" Except give you the price listed on the website for the vehicle, even though it says our price right above the dollar amount. Nothing about it being our "cash" price. This is a complete bait and switch situation. They get people into their lot, with false advertising, showing you online the cars that -seem- affordable. So when you get in there, needing a vehicle, they have you in the hot seat and you almost feel obligated to buy because you may have bad credit. Well I have bad credit, and I am not willing to make it WORSE with a shady company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Now days most dealerships will work with you, even with terrible credit. TL;DR: Scammy Place, False Advertising, Bait and Switch

I purchased my daughter's first truck from Dustin here. It was such an easy process working with him and Steve. I found the truck online and talked to Dustin about it over the phone he went and drove the truck for me since I could not get there and told me all the details about the truck and how it drove and the history of it. He knew I was looking for my daughter's first truck and I truly feel like he was looking out for her as his own family. We talked about a couple of other trucks, but we kept coming back to this one. There was a few things that I asked about on the truck and without any hesitation at all Dustin said they would make sure it was fixed. This is a small family owned dealer that treats you as family. This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife, my mother, and also my neice. I'd definately buy here again because they have allot of great cars and trucks to choose from, Brad spends the time to help you in every way to lower the price of the car, get the best financing, and make sure your happy after the purchase. He gives cash to us for sending him business and we like that too. He's helped us make 2 car payments with cash we got on referrals and I know he appreciates his customers. He straight up when its about discussing payments and business, he works hard to find what we like and can afford. I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of state without being able to touch it, see it in person, drive it.....but I bit the bullet because I had been looking for a year for an older Mercedes E320, navy blue and found one with only 39, 000 miles, 2003!! I signed up with cars.com to search for my dream car and never found one close enough. Well, then I came across Bracken Motors with my dream car. The entire experience from the beginning to end was almost perfect. I did feel like I could have saved $$ on the transport free since I received so many bids from other transports for $200 less, but decided to pick up the car and drive her home to Wisconsin. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I would totally recommend doing business with Bracken Motors. ONE PS: Brian specializes in older vehicles with low mileage in excellent condition and might I add: simpler! My car is a fabulous road car and I drove her home to 13 degree Wisconsin from 81 degree San Antonio and she performed flawlessly. The Best Little Carhouse in Texas!

I've purchased two BMW's from this dealership over the last few years. If you shop the web you will see their pricing is aggressive. If you know what you want, the process is quick and easy. If you purchase a BMW from them, make sure it's still under new car warranty. BMW will fix any mechanical problems free of charge, so there is very little risk to you. They are a no frills, low overhead dealer. Don't expect coffee and donuts, just a good price on a high end used car.

I am absolutely disappointed with this company. The employees, and I mean ALL of them (maybe that is company policy) are all very nice and will cater to you to get you to buy a vehicle. They make all kinds of promises and can't re-assure the customer enough times how they stand behind their policy of selling vehicle working to the customer's satisfaction. When buying a used vehicle it only makes sense that something was wrong with it when previous owner got rid of it, but, this company guarantees that they will repair whatever is wrong with it when you buy it. THEY LIE. My mom, who is 86 years old and lives on social security bought a van so she could carry her scooter where ever she went. From the start the key remote did not work so the alarm system would not activate. She told them numerous times about the problem and they kept telling her they would get to it. On a trip to Houston, someone broke in to the van, damaged the ignition trying to "hot wire" the van but were unsuccessful and didn't steal it. The alarm did not go off - because the company didn't keep their word. The van had to stay in Houston then they wanted us to pay labor, parts, and towing. Their reasoning was that "if someone was going to steal the van it would happen with or without an alarm. HOW STUPID IS THAT? Now they're sending letters that they plan to auction the vehicle, apply sales amount to account and hold me and mom responsible for any money owed. I did not buy the vehicle. From day one I should have known how dishonest they are because my mom's income is not sufficient to purchase a vehicle so the salesman said he could include my income with her account. We specifically told him it was to be in her name but if using my income helped her, go ahead and use it. Now, they say it is my responsibility. I know ignorance not justify my action and in all likelihood It will be responsibility too, but my point is how they will lie, cheat, and make promises to get your money with no regard to the reality that people buy used vehicles because we can't afford brand new. Stealing from an old lady this way is unforgivable. People, especially those of you who are very trusting, like me and my mom, remember that this company is not to be trusted. don't give them any money until they have fixed everything that is wrong with the vehicle first and don't believe them when they say they will "doctor" documents in order for your application to pass. Believe me it comes back at you and they sit back and laugh "another one bites the dust"

Greatly lacking in customer service levels - John C Ezell

We bought a 2011 VW Jetta here in January of 2017. Within a week, the check engine light was coming on, intermittently. We also noticed an oil spot in the driveway that over the next couple of months got worse and worse. The A/C also has almost stopped working, altogether. We took the car to a service provider in Roanoke and they found multiple issues, right away. The oil pan drain plug had only been finger-tightened. This is where the bulk of the oil was coming from. However, they also found another leak stemming from a bad vacuum pump. They found that there was a tear in the front driver's side CV boot. We have a warranty with a $250 deductible but, after all of this, it was obvious that these were issues that were overlooked by the dealership and the mechanic even told us as much. My wife called and spoke with someone in the service department at Truck World/Southwest Kia that agreed that we should not have to pay to have these issues taken care of. So my wife made the long drive to the dealership the next day (today) to get things taken care of, based on this conversation. She was immediately approached with attitude and told that the warranty would have to be used. Despite what the service dept. told us, they simply refused to own up to their short-comings and did not seemed concerned, at all, with providing even decent customer service. They even found a pork rib bone under the engine covers during their diagnosis! They were (allegedly) the last ones that gained access under these covers during inspection before sale. Now we are cornered into coming up with a $250 deductible and over $400 for parts and labor to repair everything not covered by the warranty (A/C is not included in this price). If this was all happening after driving the car 6 months or after considerable mileage, I would not be writing this. All they needed to do was 'the right thing' by their customers. Buyer beware! They obviously have no issue selling a lemon and then turning the other way. Very disappointed and would not recommend Truck World or Southwest Kia to anyone!
