I negotiated a 2025 Acura TLX Type S over the phone with Sales Manager Charles Reese as they are in Houston, TX and I'm in El Paso, TX. I had two offers one for $59,000, contingent on me financing through Honda Financial and the other for $64,000. I agreed to the signed $59,000 offer and told the Finance Manager Ding Cheng that I did not want any add-ons, tire package, GAP insurance, paint protection, or anything else they had to offer I just wanted an out of door price. Charles told me that for them to give me a $4000 rebate I would need to finance with Honda Financial, and Ding Cheng pushed an 8.14% APR for 84 months even though my credit score is exceptional. When the final paperwork was presented by the Finance Manager Ding Cheng, I was now engulfed in a bait and switch where the price was marked up to a significant unapproved amount, and they tacked on a $2,100 "Appearance Package" junk fee I never requested or agreed to and have no idea what it even covers to this day. Once I saw what they did to me I reached out to Charles Reese and told him I was going to get a lawyer, and he threatened to rip up the contract. Being that I paid for the vehicle to be shipped to me I waited for the vehicle to arrive safe in my garage and then I did a maneuver on them they never saw coming and I refinanced with Navy Federal at a 4.3% interest rate for 72 months within two weeks without making one payment to AHM and received an overpayment refund along with the title to my vehicle, proving the math was deceptive from the start and leaving them to make ZERO interest along with my belief a charge back. They did all that conniving and deceptive labor paperwork for absolutely nothing. And I'm still not done; I am unable to go into details as I have taken several legal actions against this dealership John Eagle Acura. I also had them install some underbody side spoilers on the vehicle and instead of them going off my VIN to get the proper parts they ordered the wrong color and installed them. I had to pay to have the right ones installed and now they want me to pay over $400 to ship the wrong ones they installed back before they refund me. Do not trust any "signed" offers from this management team. They will change the numbers in the final contract hoping you won't notice. Compare every line of the contract, vehicle price, add-ons, VIN, and financing terms against your original offer before signing anything. Know your credit score and you'll be able to have a range of where you should be with your interest rate to avoid John Eagle Acura marking your rate up two to three percent more while trying to align their pockets with profit. I strongly encourage and can't emphasize this enough, read the reviews on this dealership and there is no way that many people could have it wrong. Take great note that they will answer back to the reviews as we all know that not answering back is a sign of guilt, but the one's answering back are the ones making those horrible deals and are just trying to use deception to make you think they are trying to find a solution. I recently retired from Fort Bliss, I would never put my character, integrity, and morals in question, so this review is true and accurate. I strongly suggest you avoid this dealership all together by all means necessary.

Found a great deal online on a 2025 Colorado work truck with less than 500miles. Price listed online was $30,400 so we reached out to make sure the deal wasn’t a mistake before driving three hours. Salesmen assured us the price listed online was correct and we could possibly get a better deal once in person. Drove up and the first red flag is they sit you out in the open in a food court style lobby and take your license to the back. Next they have the poor salesman walk back to the finance manager who decides it’s good business to jack up the price to $34,000. We just drove three hours so understandably we were not happy about the bait and switch. Finance manager spoke to us like we were too stupid to understand so we left. If you can’t sell a car for what you list it online be honest and post the actual price.

Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we walked in and were promptly greeted then the sales associate proceeded to ask my husband questions while ignoring my existence. My husband asked about another model to which the sales associate jumped to pushing us to make a purchase before we even saw the other model. We explained we are currently looking / in the comparison process as we’re still not sure which vehicle we’d like to go with. He then made a rude comment, you’re just looking at vehicles in the rain? Confused on why he had such a bad attitude my husband answered, it just started to rain. The sales associate then walked away. We felt uncomfortable so we left. Definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and will never be returning nor recommending this location.

If you’re thinking about doing any kind of business at this dealership, please do your research first. There is a reason they EARNED a C rating, and aren’t accredited with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason you never see the same faces when you go in for sales, service or parts. They lie, cheat, and steal. Not only to their customers, but to their employees as well. Their reputation is so bad, they say they’re now under new ownership. They aren’t. They have a new General Manager that continues to do the same bad business they’ve always done. Don’t waste your time.

I pick up our car and a safety recall was not preformed because Toyota doesn’t have a fix for it yet. So, keating and Toyota together put us in another vehicle and chose to keep my vehicle until there is a fix. How long…… only Toyota knows and no fault of Keating Toyota. Returned after 6 weeks and still no fix for our car. We traded out the vehicle after only getting to drive it for 1 week and 6 weeks in their shop. Boy did we take a beating. We traded in for what was to be a swap out and they screwed us out or $25,500 on or trade. We went back to talked to them just weeks later and all we got was, OH you made a bad deal. These guys are crooks. The guy named Shaun actually stood up and started yelling at my wife and telling us to leave, and wanted one of his salesmen to call 911. How pathetic of a Manager. Totally unprofessional. Do not buy from here unless you bring your lawyer!!!

This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware

I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. Best Toyota dealership experience I've had to date. No pushiness, no ADM/markups, no expensive dealer-addons. Excellent sales and finance team. Stan is the best salesmen I've ever worked with, his manager Alex is extremely friendly and patient, really appreciate his love of cars and GT-R which he started for me, it was incredible! I also appreciate the patience and efficient finance manager Lou. He didn't try to hard-sell the warranties but instead explained them well and didn't get upset when I declined them like some finance managers at other dealerships do. Don't shop at any other Toyota, call Stan at Gulf Coast Toyota and work with Alex and Lou. You'll be in good hands and have a good time.
