What a great experience! I had so many road blocks that Dianne helped remove to make this happen. I am 340 miles away from the dealership. Dianne was willing to pick me up at the airport on her own time. They aren't paid on commission, so even though I was looking at a used non-Mercedes-Benz I still got treated like a high roller. Very personable & I didn't feel pressured. Easy & painless. Prior to even deciding to go I was sent all the dealer labor on the car, CARFAX report, original sticker price, a video of the car I was interested in and always quick response time. Normally dealerships stress me out, but I didn't feel that way here. Also I couldn't believe that there weren't any hidden or additional fees. The sticker price is what you pay (plus sales tax & DMV stuff of course, but no dealer fees added at all). Did I mention they were pretty quick too? I wouldn't hesitate to go back if the opportunity came up again.

Mercedez-Benz of Draper (formerly Lindon) has been our dealership for many years. They have consistently given the best customer care. Very friendly staff. Willing to help in any way possible. They service cars in a timely manner and are polite and considerate. I always feel appreciated.

Terrible experience. We made an appointment, test drove a pre-owned vehicle and then while we were standing in the showroom discussing our purchase options they sold it to another buyer. We were never given a chance to decide, even though I made an appointment and drove the car first. What kind of dealership operates like this? I followed up with the GM directly, still haven’t received a response.
