Straight forward and family oriented - Brandy J
My family has done business with G Stone Motors for over 10 years, it is wonderful to have such a family oriented dealership to do business with!
Rushed then dragged - Babygirl
My buying experience felt rushed and like I wasn’t doing anything right then pressured into buying the car I had initially only wanted a price quote on. My car wasn’t given a very good trade-in value either. The car I settled with I’m not too happy with and wish I shopped elsewhere because I know I would have gotten a much better deal. Then, after the purchase and all was said and done it had to be detailed because it never was; we waited well over an hour then left without it ever done because I needed to go!
No pressure and received what I was looking for! - Loving my car
Doug really listened to me and delivered on what I was looking for!! He didn't pressure me or try to show me anything other than what I was looking for. I really really used to hate car shopping but now I don't have to dread the experience any longer. I know where I will go next time I need another car!!!
Stay away - Steven D Smith
They have serious lack of communication. Lack in ethics. They were late on appt time and unwilling to even negotiate or look at my trade.
Very helpful - Todd the builder
Gary with IAM listened to me and helped get me the truck I wanted. I have purchased 7 vehicles here and this was my best experience.
Buying out a lease shouldn’t take more than an hour... - Nomorechevy
My husband and I had leased a car from Shearer and decided at the end of the lease to buy it out. We made an appointment and showed up a little early. We were greeted and told the guy we needed to see was “out on a delivery”and wouldn’t be back for an hour, then seated at a small table. We waited...and waited, check in hand. Salespeople and account people were milling around at the counter, talking and waiting for customers. Finally the guy who greeted us came by and said the other guy would be with us “very very shortly”. About 30 minutes later, he finally showed up. We signed four papers and handed over the check, which took all of five minutes. This is not the way to run a business—there should be more than one closer. We will never lease or buy another car from this dealership. I haven’t felt this disrespected in years.
3 failed appointments for a simple repair. - Jiseph King
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.

I purchased my GMC Duramax in New Jersey, and moved to... - k1xv
I purchased my GMC Duramax in New Jersey, and moved to Vermont 6 months later. Other than oil changes, which I do myself, I have had all my service done at this dealer and they are friendly, try to provide me some form of loaner if the service will be more than an hour and a half, and charge fair rates. I have also bought a set of winter tires here and the prices were very competitive. All service has been profesionally done. Highly recommended.
