I spent Labor Day looking at trucks. - Freebirdtc22
I spent Labor Day looking at trucks. I drove to their sister store in white river to look at a truck that I liked. They were nice to deal with but I had already had my trade assessment done in Burlington. I contacted the dealer in Burlington to see if my trade number was complete later that day, it wasn’t. Never heard back from the dealer in Burlington.

Sales person was professional, friendly, patient and seemed to know everything about the vehicle. I would definitely buy a vehicle from there again.
Two years after Nina helped me get into a great Optima - crystal.valarie
Two years after Nina helped me get into a great Optima she helped me upgrade to an SUV! Life with two kids in a sedan was getting too cramped, so I sent Nina a message and we started the process!
Finding something in this market proved challenging because everyone is buying, but with some patience we found a beautiful 2019 Equinox that is PACKED with features! Whoever drove this before me made sure it had the Driver Confidence and Convenience packages, so I have remote start (a must in winter!), Backup Camera (with audible alerts if I get too close!), and too much to list here!
I was working within a budget, which wasn't small, but still was limited, and she and her manager made it happen! Thank you BOTH for your devotion! I was able to buy a used SUV from home and have it delivered!
I especially enjoyed signing the paperwork with Kevin, who was kind, funny, and had only great things to say about the Equinox I had chosen.
OH and bonus: FULL TANK OF GAS! :D
TL;DR: Go to St. J Buick GMC and ask for Nina!
To be honest, anyone who works at this location will do right by you, but I've got a soft spot in my heart for Nina!

This dealership is just out to sell cars and dosentseem to care about the customer afrer the sale...
I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks to get it in. I called on the 2nd week and it still wasn't in. I ended up getting in in may...
It needed a new keyfob programmed so I figured they would have that done since they had the truck for 2 months, I was wrong. They ordered one and I had to drive back to get it, it was the wrong one... They ordered a new one and said they would filll my tank up because I had to come back which they did. While I was there I wanted them to check out a noise coming from the front end and they said they would, 2 hours later I asked how it was going and they said they were fixing the problem i had mentioned which was great but it would have been nice to know... The servece department said it was ready 3 1/2 hours later and I went out to drive away. Much to my surprise I went out and the new keyfob wasn't in the truck, I went in and asked about it and they said it hadn't been programmed yet. They said it would only take a few minutes and that I could wait in the parking lot and they would bring it right out when it was done. 20 minutes later I went into the waiting room to wait. 45 minutes later my truck was ready. About 3 weeks after I received the truck the air filter warning light came on, I checked the filter and it was very dirty, obviously it was not checked when they dod the oil change, I figured when you buy a 65,000.00 truck that the fluids and filters would be changed and it would have been gone through, I wonder what else will come up???
I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting on my "free" oil change and it has been 1 1/2 hours with an appointment...
Unless you are buying a new vehicle i would stay away from them and even then consider other options.

Bought a used truck from Wade. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Low pressure and honest.
3 failed appointments for a simple repair. - Jiseph King
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.
I purchased my GMC Duramax in New Jersey, and moved to... - k1xv
I purchased my GMC Duramax in New Jersey, and moved to Vermont 6 months later. Other than oil changes, which I do myself, I have had all my service done at this dealer and they are friendly, try to provide me some form of loaner if the service will be more than an hour and a half, and charge fair rates. I have also bought a set of winter tires here and the prices were very competitive. All service has been profesionally done. Highly recommended.
