Potential new car customers beware. Was entertaining the idea of trading in my nearly brand new Durango for a new truck and I was offered about $12,000 less on my trade then what is fair market value for the vehicle. They made it abundantly clear that they only care about money as they were showing their greed. So if you’re going to be trading your car into them make sure you get a second opinion on the value because they will clearly try to rip you off. Pretty sad that they’re willing to let a new customer walk away over being greedy.

I had high hopes for this dealership. I went in recently to test drive a GMC terrain. We eventually agreed on a price for a trade-in, and I let them know that I did not want white and they located a dark gray one. I was set to purchase on Friday of last week.
I had gotten financing and my insurance set up and was excited to get the car. The night before at 5 p.m. I got a call from the dealership saying that they couldn't get the vehicle that I was set to buy. They said gmc had pulled it for quality control and that they didn't know when it might be available.
I'm a grown woman and a professional. I've never heard of a vehicle that is brand new being sent back to the manufacturer for quality control. They offered me another vehicle that didn't have the specs I wanted in a different color. Seemed like a bait and switch scenario to get another car off their lot.
I spent time test driving and calling insurance and applying for a loan and then calling insurance again. I don't do business with people I don't trust. I liked the car but I won't buy from them. It doesn't surprise me that they get terrible reviews here. I'm going to test drive at another dealership.

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.

I purchased my GMC Duramax in New Jersey, and moved to Vermont 6 months later. Other than oil changes, which I do myself, I have had all my service done at this dealer and they are friendly, try to provide me some form of loaner if the service will be more than an hour and a half, and charge fair rates. I have also bought a set of winter tires here and the prices were very competitive. All service has been profesionally done. Highly recommended.
